i am a powerlifter who is getting married on the beach in Sept. I am trying to come up with a good diet plan that will allow me to lose some fat and still maintain strength. I am not going to compete until after the wedding but my training is going to stay the same. i stumbled upon the USP thread about PSLIN and the massmonster shake. I have a few questions.

first does this look OK.

75 grams Waxy Maize
75 grams powdered gatorade
25 grams whey
15 grams BCAA
6 grams citrulline malate
3.6 grams beta alanine
6 grams di creatine malate
2 grams acetyl l carninitine
800 mg of PSLIN

I am going to be cutting carbs out pretty much all day and on non training days.

One other question i have is when i drink this are we looking at like 40% pre 20% during and 40% post or am i wrong with that.

This is a hard schedule as you stated due to the uncertainty of lift times. This is what I came up with:

7-10 days out
Increase PRIME dosage to 3x3, 9 caps per day. Keep in mind, this will add a few lbs of body weight so plan accordingly.
Be sure to dose Jack3d at least 1 time per day for each day to initiate creatine storage.

You should also incorporate Anabolic-Pump for a few weeks prior to allow for heighten glycogen storage and intake without a negative effect on body weight/fat.
PowerFULL could be used for 2 weeks prior to assure a homeostatic response of REM sleep along with natural GH/Test release. Be sure to use the 5/2 off layout. 5th 'on' should be meet day or day after meet.

Day prior:
Day prior to meet, BE sure to go to sleep early and take 3 PF prior to sleep. Get 8-10 hours. Keep with above protocol.

Meet Day:
Breakfast meal - 1 capsule USPlabs Anabolic-Pump
15-20 minutes prior to pre-meet meal – 1 capsule USPlabs Anabolic-Pump
30-45 minutes prior to first attempts – 3 caps USPlabs PowerFULL, 1-2 scoops USPlabs Jack3d, 3 caps USPlabs PRIME.
Attempt to dose 1 scoop of Jack3d before each portion. 1 prior to squat, 1 prior to bench, 1 prior to deadlift. 30-45 minutes out, as best as possible.

Post Meet:
15 minutes prior to post-meet meal – 1 capsule USPlabs Anabolic-Pump
During post-meet meal –3 capsules USPlabs PRIME
15 minutes pre-bed – 3 capsules USPlabs PowerFULL
