I take mine 2 caps twice per day. Unless I’m dosing with ArA, this is how I do it:

2 caps upon waking (20 min before breakfast).

2 caps with my pre workout meal

Next run I want to experiment with 1 cap 4x a day before meals to see if I notice anything different.

Interesting your dosing your 2 caps before a meal I'm dosing 2 caps right after my meal and
I'm dosing with my largest meals of the day which are breakfast and lunch.

I don't think it matters much. Just with largest protein meals is the key.

Just simply follow the instructions on the back of the label.

It’s preferred to run at 8 weeks for best results.

AlphaMax - 2 caps twice a day (4 caps total). I prefer to take 2 when I wake up and 2 before I go to bed

MassMax - 2 caps twice a day (4 caps total). With this you have some flexibility. It’s recommended to take with your largest meal of the day as well as your pre workout meal. I prefer to take mine with breakfast and then pre workout meal.

Slinmax - take 2 caps with your largest carb meal. I prefer to take mine at some point before I workout. Others prefer it with dinner. As long as it’s with carbs.

I don't know mate. Quite keen to get to 19 inch arms this summer and this seems to be helping with strength on BP/DL/rows/dips/pull ups. Might as well do the 2 month cycle.

Have you used DAA and experienced any sides?

8 is recommended with most products like these.

These stack very easy. Just follow the directions on the label/website

got a bottle of massmax but i think its jacking up my blood pressure.

Update: ill go off for whole week try massmax again later this weekend
