yesterday was leg day.

I did a nice lift sesh combined with 50 minof cardio were I burnt just under 600 cals.


today is chesticles and bicep feeder.
 
update:

so you will recall I dropped the anastrozol mid week last week and started apex alchemys' eclipse AI this week. while I havnt seen much aromatization I have noticed my body looks much more watery and I have back slid a bit on the scale.. 215 this week.
I can guess the herbal prep will take a min to realize its full effects, and to be fair I did have vacation 2 weeks ago and the diet is a little less than it was prior..
 
today I was sore in the wheels.. warm up cardio only 15 mins 165 cals.

standard fair... my tendons are a little pissed at this point.. so I got a good pump and called it. no need to tear something this late in the cycle.

I almost pinned a shot of tren ace. cause im out of the trendiol now.. just don't think I want a used vial laying around for who knows how long.. so.. I guess I will start to wind things down now considerably.. less volume and less gear as we go from here on out.. should be back to trt dose in 2-3 weeks.i do feel pretty good.. I could see a vein in my side torso, so while I still have ab and lower back fat, and a tidge of titty fat left, I have continued to get leaner. upper arm veins showing now, but not shoulder veins...some leg veins but not really lean in the upper legs yet.. I look fat from my knee caps to my lower abs. I think a little 11kt would clean this right up, but im not sure I can come up with the will power to keep dieting.. admittedly I have slacked a bit here already so im not sure I can muster up the effort.

Just started some Tren A past 1.5 weeks might be a new favorite... Kinda started here as a DMZ fan intially. Have you ran it before?

DMZ many times.
Tren in a few flavors.
Well I think so far the strength and pump is nice on Tren A, seems to be helping with recomp... Whereas when I first started logging here, with DMZ cycles, it was just useful to slab on meat to tall'ish ectomorph frame.

If Tren A cycle keeps going this well and doesn't possess liver stress, I'd say that s a win over DMZ for... Limiting long term liver risk for similar gainz.
 
Been thinking about stacking dmz with trest next cycle. Thoughts?
DMZ and Trest... Using Trest as test base? Why not just use Test E? I ran a lot of solo DMZ, it's powerful no need to really stack unless you want Test base to minimize sides or a cutting agent to go with it?
 
With Trest? I wouldn't, unless I'm on TRT. OP will have a hard time to recover, trest shuts you down HARD.

This is very true. I made the mistake of going straight to a cut after pct after trest, my test was way below normal 8 weeks later. Took a mini pct and holiday in the sun to get it back up
 
Yeah well, I am trying to avoid trt so maybe just a 4week run then

I would make it 5 weeks and double the dose on trest, because 50mg will shut you down after a few weeks anyway. Have some caber ready.
100mg trest with 30-45mg DMZ for 5 weeks is a "Manly-MEN" cycle, that I can tell you!

I love this combo.. its been very good to me in the past.

winstrol is gone
dropped to 150 mgs trest
upped to 250 mgs test

both twice a week next shot will be 75 trest 125 test

followed with 250 test total per week split.

followed with 150 test total per week (trt dose)

currently feeling slightly drained but all in all quite well. movitation is manic.

edema is dropping ever since I dropped the mk677

joints feel well

Do it! I wanna see how you did on this cycle. Looks like fun. Cant wait til i have some money set aside for a fun cycle like this
