Massive Anabolic Research Log

ended up having a double last night, and took the dog for a walk inbetween.. so I figure cardio needs were easily met yesterday.

on my way to do morning cardio now... goal is 35-40 mins MIIT
 
this morning was back and triceps with a bicep feeder.

15 mins warm up

lift sesh

40 mins cardio.

total cardio calories burnt= 625

weight=217
 
ok so I did morning cardio, 35 mins for 423 calories.

I am now preparing to go in for round two and some light legs today. I have a function for my former employer to go to, and I want to be able to enjoy myself. so I will hit it fast and hard for higher reps. then follow up with another round of cardio.. I may not have the time to post the outcome until tomorrow but at least im making the effort!
 
ok so I opted out of cardio for today due to legs yesterday, but I wanted to hit the weights because my tub of "Daft Pump" showed up in the mail.. had to do chest and biceps so I couldn't resist..
I will say this.. the formula is right up there with any non stim to date, flavor was good and the powder was micronized. no residue after shaking. and the veins were outrageous. I cant wait to try it a few more times to get a real feel for it.
got about the same amount of reps while working up to my max lift for today but I added extra strip sets to make myself struggle a little extra.

yesterday was an off day.

I couldn't function yesterday. I was super beat. soo tired.

im a little lethargic today, but I am getting prepared to head up to the gym for a morning sesh.

today will be shoulders/traps.

well since im cutting its doing exactly what I was expecting.. I have used similar stacks for cutting in the past... it "blows me away" how easy it is to grow on this stack.. im not really trying to, but its like 2 steps forward 1 step back.. if I have any excess carbs it goes strait to the muscle and takes a gallon of water with it~ making it hard to gage weigh ins

weight seems to be holding again a 217.. next cut I am going to do old school comparison between trest and tren using this as the baseline result.
its almost like trest is so anabolic it has the ability to put on mass faster than it helps burn fat. something ive never noticed tren do. tren seems to be better at liquidating fat but perhaps its the trest that's better at mass gains yet as good for helping burn fat.
 
Seems when the trest is dropped the shred starts to appear. Shedding water and leaning up real nice. Hard to keep the weight up even while eating surplus.

( pretty weak sauce I know) had very little time today and thus gave myself no more than 30 sec rest on any given set. short sesh but it was effective.. legs are crampy and wore out.

20 mins cardio

total cardio calories burnt = 435
 
Chest and Bis

not much to report for cardio.. only did a 15 min warm up today for 173 cals.. however... that's were things got interesting..

2 scoops of daft pump and the morning dose of 50 mcg clen and some coffee... hold on to yer asses fellas, this chit gets real.

within a couple of sets I could feel my chest warming up literally as the blood gorged into the pecs.

almost immediate tightening of the chest... even my triceps got a little swole up~

it wasn't a PR but I did manage to add 20 lbs to my HS incline today for 8 solid reps.. After a set of 8 at 270... so 290 for 8 reps today I was happy and felt really accomplished after that... continued on crushing my chest.. all pressing today, no fly movements.

wheels aren't as sore today as last week so I may try to return later for a little bit of cardio.
 
Suns out = gunz out!!

for cardio today I went down to the local high school track ... peeled the shirt off and got in 2.57 miles total. not sure on the calories burnt but I got a good dose of vitamin D so who cares!!

likely wont be back to the gym today but will do a bicep feeder later today at a minimum
 
opps I did it again...

yesterday ended up in a shirt off fishing expedition with the wife and youngest boy.

I managed to "squeeze" in a quick 15 mins cardio and a stellar arm sesh.

arms were like water balloons afterwards.


so far today I did 30 mins cardio at home with my bish Kathy Smith

ok so today was hot! 105 out side.. I worked mostly inside today. thankfully. Still sweatin bullets all day.

Today was shoulders. no bicep feeder.

15 mins warm up

rear cable laterals

face pulls non retracted

face pulls with scapular supination

low cable side laterals with mid and full contractions swapped ... so 1 set leaning to mid point, next set change stance and target the top range of motion or peak contraction.

band machine militaries FST-7 style

machine presses

machine laterals

followed with 40 mins cardio

total cardio expenditure= 636 calories total.

shoulders are cooked.
 
Any progress pics? Judging by your effort, you should already look like (put idols name here).
 
I was about to squeeze one off tonight.. I will probably wait for a chest day, still about 15% body fat. but I have a month or two left to go.. I just don't want to get too small this time around.. last cut I dropped all the way into the 170s.. while I had a 31 in waist I also lost a lot of strength. im trying to get close to that look with out sacrificing that last amount of mass I worked so hard to put on..

How much do you weigh now? 170's is too small for me i would be a little upset if i ended up down there again lol

feeling stalled out again today.. I havnt been real good about getting my second cardio in this last week or so cause ive just been getting burnt out.. Body weight seems to be sitting the same place far too long... Or maybe I should quit drinking the Guinness's :cheers:

today I can barely lift my left arm, which usually is my good shoulder. doesn't seem to be any pain while at rest but any movement is a struggle.

needless to say I will be using today as a off day and just work on healing up.. you know you're injured when you get sore on trest...

im hoping I just strained it and it feels better fairly quick.

well... I couldn't take it...
