yesterday was an off day.
I couldn't function yesterday. I was super beat. soo tired.
im a little lethargic today, but I am getting prepared to head up to the gym for a morning sesh.
today will be shoulders/traps.

I was about to squeeze one off tonight.. I will probably wait for a chest day, still about 15% body fat. but I have a month or two left to go.. I just don't want to get too small this time around.. last cut I dropped all the way into the 170s.. while I had a 31 in waist I also lost a lot of strength. im trying to get close to that look with out sacrificing that last amount of mass I worked so hard to put on..

so... not sure... I may have done it after the gym last night while tossing the ball around for the dog, OR, I did it while working out yesterday.
today I can barely lift my left arm, which usually is my good shoulder. doesn't seem to be any pain while at rest but any movement is a struggle.
needless to say I will be using today as a off day and just work on healing up.. you know you're injured when you get sore on trest...
im hoping I just strained it and it feels better fairly quick.
