raked the backyard, alotta pine needles!
Then 3 rounds of 135 squat clean (5reps), 5 rep hspu, 10 burpies. Took 5 mins rest. 4 rounds of 5 reps 135 clean n jerk, 10 pull/chin ups. Went flyers game!
Workout felt fine. I been battling some high BP n brain fog. Feel pretty good this afternoon.
Weight in morning is about 176-177
