Whats the deal on these. I bought two boxes, but don't really know how to cycle them. I was also thinking about taking ergomax LMG with it. Can anybody help ?

Nah dude, this stuff is baaad. People who run 2 methyl cycles and one of those methyls is SD complain about liver pain from taking these alone...

Actually, yes, that's exactly what it means.
A molecule or two of the active ingredient in say a quart of water is probably not toxic.
Yet that women died of water intoxication during that water drinking contest back in January. Anything taken in enough quantity becomes toxic. Toxicity is dosage dependent.
