Mass gainers

Does anyone have any recommendations on a cheap, and effective mass gainer. Seems like their all crazy expensive!
 
Mix 2 scoops whey, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 banana, 2tbs peanut butter, 16oz milk. add a few ice cubs and blend. the best tasting and cheapest mass gainers are found in your kitchen bro

You might have better luck making your own.
It's cheaper, and you can control the macros better.
Most weight gainers are loaded with sugar.
Adding peanut butter, honey and almond or cocoanut milk to a shake can bump up your calories significantly without loading up on cheap sugars.

Never heard this before, those are all great bulking foods that you should include in your diet.
I eat yogurt and drink milk year round.

Eat a lot of peanut butter all day, milk too. ;)

I wouldnt drink milk if I was running a marathon (you did say WHEN training ;) ), but I would definitly have it as a staple in my diet.
