8 weeks is straight from the label...
3-4 HD per day (depending on body weight and tolerance)
4 FX per day
Retain is where it gets tricky....
3 per day your last 4 weeks
OR
3 per day for 2 weeks
2 weeks off
3 per day for 2 weeks, etc....

there are many variations.....
 
You should probably take some time off in between the two

Why dont you just do a 12 week cycle ? Spread things out a little more ehh!!!
 
Why not do 8 weeks of all three?
FX you can do for 8 weeks. I believe that there is nothing that prevents you from doing the ALR supps for 8 weeks. Although, I am unfamiliar with those products.

You want to make sure that you are taking an AI or have one available for each week you are taking FX.

Sorry if this is a stupid question guys I haven't been here in awhile. I tried searching but didn't come up with anything. what is the PCT recommendation for the 12 week massfx cycle.

I would like to know where you got this cycle as you would need:


JW- 210 caps @ 90 a bottle= 2.33 bottles - buy 3
FX- 168 caps @ 120 a bottle= 1.40 bottles- buy 2
Restore- 147 caps @ 90 a bottle= 1.63 bottles- buy 2


This is 7 bottles of product :icon_lol: for 8 weeks............ thats prolly close to 300 bucks. Are you really serious about doing this cycle?


Here are 2 cycles I give out alot with JW & Restore: ( Added Mass Fx )

Weeks:

1. Jungle Warfare 2 caps 3 x daily- 42 caps JW
2. Jungle Warfare 2 caps 3 x daily- 42 caps JW
3. Jungle Warfare & Restore 1 cap 3x daily of each = 21 caps of each( Mass FX 1 cap 4x daily=28 caps)
4. Jungle Warfare & Restore 1 cap 3x daily of each = 21 caps of each( Mass FX 1 cap 4x daily=28 caps)
5. Jungle Warfare & Restore 1 cap 3x daily of each = 21 caps of each( Mass FX 1 cap 4x daily=28 caps)
6. Restore 2 caps 3 x daily - 42 caps Restore & ( Mass FX 1 cap 4x daily=28 caps)
7. Restore 2 caps 3 x daily - 42 caps Restore
8. Restore 2 caps 3 x daily - 42 caps Restore

There is 90 caps per bottle of both Restore & Jungle Warfare. You will need 2 bottles of each product. Although you will end up having 33 JW caps left and be short 9 caps for Restore, so you will have to cut out 1.5 days of the last week for Restore, doesnt make sense to buy another bottle for that. If you want to use up the 33 caps of JW, and I would cause thats senseless, I would do 2 caps 3 x a day on week 3, and add one cap per day on weeks 4 & 5, you will be 2 caps short the 5th week, so end the 4 caps per day on day 5 that week and continue with the 3 caps per day to the end of week 5. Below is the other example to use all caps. Mass FX has 120 caps per bottle, you will have one cap left on the below stack.




1. Jungle Warfare 2 caps 3 x daily- 42 caps JW
2. Jungle Warfare 2 caps 3 x daily- 42 caps JW
3. Jungle Warfare & Restore 2 cap 3x daily of Jungle Warfare & 1 cap 3 x day Restore = 42 caps JW & 21 caps of Restore & ( Mass FX 1 cap 5 x daily=35 caps)
4. Jungle Warfare & Restore 1 cap 4x daily of JW & 1 cap 3x daily Restore = 28 caps JW & 21 caps Restore( Mass FX 1 cap 4x daily=28 caps) & ( Mass FX 1 cap 4x daily=28 caps)
5. Jungle Warfare & Restore -1 cap 4x daily of JW & 1 cap 3x daily Restore = 28 caps JW & 21 caps Restore( Mass FX 1 cap 4x daily=28 caps)&( Mass FX 1 cap 4x daily=28 caps)
6. Restore 2 caps 3 x daily - 42 caps Restore &( Mass FX 1 cap 4x daily=28 caps)

Notice the cycles are ended with 2 weeks of Restore . If you want to run all 3 of these products, I feel you should implement your Mass Fx in weeks 3-4-5-6, thats at about 4 caps per day. You will be covered well with this plan, IMO.

I was too lazy to put the mass fx in the cycles, These are already typed up suggestions I give people. at the bottom you will see I told him to put Mass FX in weeks 3-5, DId you read it all ? :) Plus I wasnt sure how many caps you guys have in your bottle but I see now its 120- @ 4 caps a day.

Yes, From what I have read it is necessary to run a product with AI in it to frontload such as Jungle Warfare or Hyperdrol. Run the Restore the way I mentioned starting in week 3. You will need 2 bottles of Restore, 2 bottles of JW and 1 bottle Mass FX- it has 120 caps, the others have 90. You can run Mass FX longer through more weeks but I want you to know this is a very powerful stack.
 
Hahah I know this is going to be 1 strong stack :bb: But still need to know if Frontloading JW in the first 2 wks is needed or not..

Well I am going to go to the NFL combine next year (my friend is legit, he just wants someone to go with him). By then I am currently 5'9" ~205lbs. and ~10-11%BF....I have 4.5 speed. 225 bench @ 15reps (Hopefully Bigger, Stronger, faster by next year)So i wont get totally embaressed and laughed @ when I go out for a RB or DB Anyways............

I beleive I am going to give this "Naturl Stack" a go probably 8 weeks MassFX and Restore....If the pocket change is there maybe 12 weeks of the AX trio......Makeing the last week the week of the combine so stay tuned til !!MARCH 08'!!...lol. Sorry my freinds not elligable til then

maybe its been covered through this thread but are there any noticeable gains with just a 4 week standalone MassFx cycle... and would i need retain with or after it if i do MassFx alone.. jus curious..
 
All of the logs were just 4 weeks in length. Standalone it will work great BUT have an AI on hand just in case any estro related sides appear. You WILL feel the product working within 3-5 days.

Weeks 5-8: All of the above and Mass FX @ 4 caps/3x per day
Weeks 9-12: Dropping the Jungle and keeping everything else the same
Weeks 13-16: Jungle Warfare (1 cap/3x), Restore (1 cap/3x), Alpha Drive XL (1 cap/3x), Activate (1 cap/4x)
Weeks 17-20: Retain (3 caps at night), Rebound Reloaded (1 cap/3x), Activate (1 cap/4x)
Weeks 21 - 24: E-bol

I am going for a major recomp. I caught a bad case of mono and was out of the game for a long while (7 months) and I dedicated myself to half a year of no supplements except liver aid, organic cleansing/detox formulas, and vitamins. I'm on week 5 of my program with a very well tailored, superb diet and I'm feeling fantastic and looking good too after all the lost time. Half a year is a long while to be on these things, but I'm taking proper measures and eating extremely clean and sleeping 8-9 hours every night. I drink over a gallon of fresh water everyday and continue to take Vigor, Liver Aid, and Super Fish Fats.

so mace.. i looked through AX forums.. but seemed maority of the logs were stacked with hyper and what not..

so with that being said... i figure for a 1 month MFx + Retain i could jus use th same dosing at for the 12 wk cycle shown in this thread... and then jus dose the retain either throughout the whole month or jus start mid month so i can feel how Mfx effets me

any input???

You are gonna dose MFX at 4 caps per day for 4 weeks? You aren't using Hyperdrol? (I just wanted to get things clarified)

You can dose Retain according to bottle directions 3 caps per day. I dose Retain 3 caps per day 4 weeks on 4 weeks off constantly!

Then you can run retain as dosed above AFTER your FX cycle or during or do the lower dosing if you wish!

It is completely flexible as to how you want to run the Retain.
 
Just a quick question that I couldn't see answered. With the dosages the 2 caps for the first week and then the 4/5 after that, should we split up the doses evenly throughout the day and take with or without food? Thanks in advance! I am esssited :jaw:
 
Split as evenly as possible throughout day 15 minutes before eating
 
I've taken them with and without food and been fine either way. Adviseable to take around eating time when you start to assess tolerance.
 
hey mace or bigsmitty... what would a good diet look like for optimal gains from the ultimate stack.. i'd like to go for size and muscle gain just like everyone else but i cant go overboard with gaining mass due to rules i must follow... would a clean bulk work well with this to see results ???
