MASS FX + 3 A.D quick question..

I was wondering if it would be safe.. To run a full bottle of Mass Fx te first month and then in the second month, stack Mass Fx + 3 A.D??

Has anyone tried this???

No worries, i gotchya. Yes, you could do that stack easily. As long as you are limiting yourself to 1 month of MFX/3-AD, I don't see a problem with it. You'll set your system up with MFX and then continue to pound away by adding 3-AD in there. Once you finish 3-AD, go into aPCT and take a break from the MFX. When completely finished, take 6-8 weeks off from any hormonals and you're good to go.

Another variation which is popular is to start out with 3-AD and MFX, running them back to back for either 1 or 2 bottles' worth of 3-AD (22.5-45 days @ 4/day, which is what I'd recommend for you), go into aPCT solo for a week or two, then pick up with another bottle of MFX at the tail end of PCT and run it till it's done. That would look like this:

First 22.5-45 days: 3-AD & MFX
PCT Wk 1: aPCT
PCt Wk 2-4: aPCT + MFX
Week 5: MFX
-or-
PCT Wk 1-2: aPCT
Wk 3-4: aPCT & MFX
Wk 5-6: MFX

Any way is a good plan, IMO. :cheers:

There's really nothing wrong with going 4 weeks of massFX, 4 weeks of MassFX+3-AD, 4 weeks PCT. I would, however, opt to use the MassFX during PCT instead of pre-cycle. Taking post-cycle will allow for the body to maintain higher free test levels as the body recovers.

So i decided to run it like this..

Week 1-4 : MASS FX (JUST STARTED WEEK 4)

Week 8-12: MASS FX + APCT

how does that look???

Anything but that!! That's going to screw up the space-time continuum. Everyone will start aging backwards and geese will become the most intelligent beings on the planet, enslaving us humans. :D Just Kidding.

It's totally cool to set it up this way. That's actually a neat idea splitting up the MassFX pre and post cycle. You'll have to let us know how it goes. Just be sure to take some time off from test boosters/prohormones after your PCT.

It usually is. Obviously 3+ weeks are gonna yield results, but 3 weeks would be the minimum cycle length to get results from.
 
Haha, sorry, that last post might've been a bit blunt: I couldn't resist.

Androstenol acetate is absorbed with the fats. It's a difference between day and night. I've had to deal with a lot of people who were disappointed with 3-AD, and every time it's because they didn't take it with a fatty meal. I bet it felt like they were flushing their 3-AD down the toilet ;)
 
So, let's say I can't take it with meals, how many fish oil caps are we talking about for it to be normally effective?

Good luck taking all that fish oil around with you! :D It may be just better to stick a jar of peanut butter in your pocket!

Does the type of fat matter.. ?? Say if i was just eating some egg yolks??

And do you take it before you eat..or after you eat?? Or does it matter? Thanks..
 
The fat doesn't really matter so much. Actually, egg yolks are a great source of phospholipids, which can further help absorption of lipophilic compounds.

let me get that straight....so any type of fat would be good?

Any fats will do.

It shouldn't make a significant difference before or after, so long as they're going down at around the same time.
 
LOL..Wait more question.

What if I took the fats with complex carbohydrates??

Will it effect the absorbtion?

Or Do I have to take the 3 AD with only 15-20g fats by itself?

I have been taking the 3 AD with Brown rice... Chicken breast and 3-4 egg yolks.. LOL

I didnt get a chance to go to the Vitamin store to buy some flax seed oil.

Once I get the flax seed oil. I will drink it with a protein shake.

The reason why I'm not choosing peanuts as my prefered fat is because my g/f is allergic to peanuts..

Lots of questions.. Haha I really just wanna make sure my cycle is perfect. THANKS
 
If you take fats with complex carbohydrates, there is a chance you might spontaneously combust. I mean, you have a better chance of getting hit by a Boeing 747, while walking to school, but nothing's impossible. ;)

It should not be a problem with the way you're dosing it.

hehe, that's the thing. I have 3 bottles of fish oil spread around my life. One is in my house, one in my work, one in my backpack. Since I'd have to take 3-AD in different times of the day, I never know if I'd be able to take it with a meal, but I'm almost always sure I'll be able to take with whatever fish oil caps I need, at least once or twice a day.

So if I know I'll be at work during that time I'll skip the fish oil dose from lunch to take at night, and just get myself a good dose of butter, eggs or whatever to make it count :nutkick:

How is your cycle going anyways???

I am starting day 4 today.. To be honest with you I havent noticed a single thing...
 
It usually takes a week or so for the actives to build up in your system. Once they do, though, hold on.
 
I haven't started my cycle yet, I'm goign to be running them probably next month.

I'm on a little of a cutting stage right now to prepare for it so it's not just wasteful bc I didn't feel like doing cardio or whatever.

I'll be doing 6 caps a day, the problem is, 3 of my 5, 6 meals are on the road, so I usually go very light on them or just drink a protein shake or whatever. The 2 I have at home would be points when I take the stuff, but on the road I'd have to get fat from outside sources, like Fish Oil, hence why I wonder.

What I did, and this was extremely tasty, was keep a jar of Skippy Natty Super Chunk in the drawer of my desk at the office. When it came time for the mid-morning meal and to dose 3-AD, I just grabbed a spoon and dug in! The Skippy natty is shelf stable and you don't need to refridgerate it. To me, it's about the most convenient way of doing things "on the road". Plus, how many times in your life do you get to eat PB from the jar as part of a healthy diet?!?!? :lol:
 
Yeah, I thought about that one, but I'm not high on PB and don't particularly like the taste hehe. I could probably do peanuts and so on, and lets say, 5 fish oil caps and 2 sesamin oil caps. Would that work? I wonder how many peanuts I'd need though :food:

1/4 cup of peanuts should be around 14g of fats.


Usually fish oil caps have about 1g of fats per cap. Assuming the same for the sesamin caps and you're looking at 7g of fats.

The recommendation is 8-10g of fats per capsule of 3-AD. You do the math.


I might suggest putting some olive oil inside a protein shake. That's an easy way to get healthy fats into your diet and the emulsifying agents in the protein shake will help with the absorption of the oil and actives as well.

Why dont you try.. Throwing flax seed oil with the protein shakes? Thats what Im doing
 
Yeah, because the protein shake would be hard to carry around iwth me, opposed to pills and now nuts.

I'll probably carry a peanut bottle and the pills, that way I can eat couple of hands full of peanuts and the pills.
 
Don't forget to get 'em unsalted!! Nobody needs to be tastin salty nutz all day long. :lol: :nutkick: :lol:

Loved it! Set major PR's!!

Yes! I'm planning something like this again late spring.
