push/pull/legs.
Push- Chest and Shoulders
-Flat bench
-incline bench
-military press
Pull- Back
-Bent over row
-shrugs
-Deadlift
-and some pull up, either wide/standard
Legs- (what do you think)
-Squats
-calf raises
These are all 6-8 reps 3 sets besides pull ups (till failure 3 times)
Is there anything anyone thinks i should add to this workout?? preferably no isometric stuff
