IGF 2 is ok on a less than empty stomach, more important is to not have carbs in you. last carb containing meal should be at least 45-60 minutes before IGF-2, and best is if you can wait 90 min after to take in carbs.

Of the 2 tho, AP is more beneficial to take preworkout. IGF-2 is quite valuable, but I don't find taking it before vs after to make a difference. It is a 3x a day product to try for moderately steady levels. man I love how it smells.

DAY 3

PRE W/O

Woke up today feeling slightly unwell, best described as that m1t flu feeling - though to a lesser extent. Warm, slight chill, tired, little achey etc.. (had doms in chest and shoulders and lower lats)
Had a glass or two of water (and took the MFX, IGF-2 and RPM, went for an AP Dump :p. Then had some wheat cereal with fat free milk with my AP 45 mins later. Felt better after the RPM kicked in.
Also noticed that I started feeling a little down last night, and through today, kind of a "dont really care" feeling. Weird.


Workout

Started off with Abs, interestingly they had completely recovered from the day prior. I usually feel sore for 2 days whenever I do my abs, so that was good. Powered through those great (+10lbs on weighted crunches from yesterday!).

Squats were amazing, I felt as though I could lift the gym roof on my shoulders. (+30lbs on norm). Just as I finished however, I bent down to pick up my gloves and felt a sharp pain above my knee. I continued with light leg extensions in the hope that it would help.

Calf Raises - awesome. I felt as though I had a donkey on my back, and powered through the sets (+25lbs on norm). Calves were swolen like balloons - great stuff!

Overall another amazing workout.


PROS:- Repair time greatly reduced (less than 26 hours)
- Increased Strenght
- Increased Endurance
- Noticing hardening of muscles - too early to confirm anything though
- Increased Libido
- Increased Appetite


Possible (CONS)
- Mood somewhat weird (chilled out, yet slightly down)


Off to get some salmon and pasta now :)

Ok boys some interesting stats:

Just took a shower, and decided to check weight and bf after I noticed a DEFINATE hardening of muscles in mirror.

Anyhow, just to satisfy my curiosity, i took the bf mesurment and weight (prior weight was 194.2 +/- 0/5 LBs 12% bf).

Current Stats:
196.9
11-11.5% bf

Interesting. Normally i would attribute weight increase to water or carbs, but the bf drop is interesting, especially as im only on day 3.

I'll check again on Saturday or Monday. However I can DEFINATELY see an increase in muscle hardness.

I was reading and i though MAYBE, do squats before Abs, just an ide. Now do what work for you for sure. I just hate doing legs and abs, cause the huge share in core support for the 2 groups.
I usually hit abs on chest day.

As for the aquats, i actually get the abs out of the way first as it works good for me as a warm up exersise. I did try the squat routine, followed by abs, but I end up putting too much effort on my upper abs to compensate for my tired legs.

I'm keeping a close eye on the mood see how that goes. Not too bad right now (eating an egg and wheat sandwich :) ), but there is some definate changes going on inside.

Day 4


Im going to list the negative and possitive effects, so that this remains clear for future reference.

- MOOD - Woke up today again feeling a little blah (cant describe it). Took some food and felt a little better.

The mood fluctuates from hour to hour, but generally very tolerable. Pre w/o mood is great, post - blah.

- HUNGER - Excessive hunger is now present, from waking until sleep.
I ate ALOT yesterday (2 pork chops, 2 chicken breasts, 2 cans of tuna, 3 turkey burgers, piece of salmon, protein shakes... thats just the protein - im not going to list the rest)

- ENERGY - Excessive tiredness, yet increased energy (very sleepy but energetic if that makes any sense).

- BOWELS - possibly Anabolic Dump, but i suspect that it is more to do with the amount of food. Have started taking enzymes and probotics to assist digestion.

- LIBIDO - Through the roof. Enough said.

- STRENGTH - Worked out back again today, +10lbs from Monday. Abs up +5lbs. Pumps were amazing.

- ENDURANCE - Increased Endurance by 30%.

- DREAMS - Strange and very vivid, yet i sleep like a baby for 9 hours.

Summary

Overall I can honestly say it kind of feels like im taking M1t or superdrol, yet without that toxic feeling. However i constantly switch between warm and cold and im sleepy throughout the day - nothing I cant handle, but I could sleep anytime. Slightly achey, yet that could be attributed to muscle soreness. No increased anger or anything of the sort, but an increase in confidence is noted. I would also note that I feel somewhat euphoric, yet blah at the same time (weird I know).

Anyway i said I wouldnt weigh myself today, but , hell with it, im up 0.5lbs and BF is now 11%, no matter how I measure. There is definately some changes going on, and its looking very promising.

I dont know if the exhaustion is simply from overworking (i may take tomorrow off although i normally work out 5 times a week), or i may require more food. I cant seem to eat enough. It may also be somethign due to the hormonal changes as the products kick in - cant say really.

Everything seems to repair quickly though, very quickly indeed.

Overall very impressive so far, I honestly cant wait to see how this works out.
 
Day 8

Well boys, sorry about the lack of posts. Broke, actually no I fractured my toe on Friday. I hit it against the fridge, I guess I was that desperate for food:p.

Anyway, interesting point to make about the toe, well i fractured it on Friday morning, and it went bright red and swollen Friday night - I had to "hobble" to walk. Anyway, saturday came ( still managed to work out my bi's and tri;s on sat) and it was bruised - purple, black and red. Sunday came, and the bruise was reduced to just 30%. Monday came, and it was just a little red on the end of the toe - Today a tiny winy red bit next to the nail.

Point is, healing time is like WOW.... Also like to note, i got a cut from my cats nail (accidental) on my forearm on Saturday, healed up real quick, and by today its just a little red. I dont know, but generally healing has improved 2 fold. Maybe its due to the Igf-2, cant say for sure. Next time i get an injury, ill photo it and we can watch it heal together lol.

Ok, heres for the real news:

Strength: Increased on all sets by at least 5-10 lbs from prior workouts!!!!

Libido: V. High, expect the little guy is having problems getting up..... not sure why. Weird though.

Hunger: Eating like a horse. Actually ate half a chicken yesterday, followed by a peanut butter sandwich (and potoatos) lol, all for dinner, then proceeded to vomit a little 4 hours later (couldnt digest it all haha). I was just THAT hungry after I did legs earlier in the day.

DMOS: Have to mention that every workout brings a bout of DOMS about 12 hours later, followed by less than 36 hour recovery - astonishing!

Sleep: Dreams are intense and weird. I dreamed about javascript and AREA 51 (the xbox game), combined with TUROK last night. weird combo.... Also like to note, i can remember my entire dream the night before, which is unusual for me.

The "Real" results:

End of 7 Day Week:

Total Weight - Up 3.5 LBS
BF: 11% (down from 12% 7 days prior) - I increased caloric intake to 3500 as I was becoming v. sleepy in the day and feeling unwell. Increase in calories = better gains, no bf increase and generally feeling better.


I dont know what else to put guys, other than this stack is amazing. Its like M1t without the sides, without the toxity. :)

I must admit though, you have to try this stack bro. Maybe take out the AP (if you tight on cash), but put in MFX MAX, IGF-2 and Alpha drive (and some DCP if you like), works like a house on fire.

Its like the perfect cycle. No sh!t.

(my butt is killing me...got some serious glute pain & hamstring pain....)

Ok, ok , I admit it. Neo made a pass for me at the gym, right in the middle of a squat, he tried to slide under and "enter the back door"...thanks for my hightened MFX reflexes I was able to move out of the way, but not without injuring my hamstrings first.

Neo really needs to understand proper gym etiquette :p

Day 10

Ok boys, still looking great. Amazing gains, amazing bf loss, amazing.

I will update further with more details later today, but for now I need some quick advise.

It seems I have developed tendonitis on my right bicep (outer head area), and it came on pretty quick. Not too painful, but im attempting to rest it to get it back in order ASAP. I suspect the sudden increase in strength has caused some inflamation there.

Any input on what I can do to increase the recovery speed....Neo..any ideas?

Day 10 - Full Report

Ok guys, keeping these reports about 2 days apart, unless something significant happens.

Neg -Side Effects:

Other than a slight loss of libido, nothing bad to report.

Pos - Effects:

Mood is good
Dreams are intense, yet plesant
Hunger is Xtreme
Energy is ok, I have bouts of drowsyness, which i am able to combat with occasional naps :p
Repair Time is drastically improved. There I was complaining about my tendonitis, and this evening, its much much better. great stuff :)

Ok, AMAZING results to report here:
BF: 10.5 % (im checking multiple times for approx. accuracy)

Total Weight : 199.5 LBS
BF: 10.5% (loss approx 1.5 lbs in fat)

Considering I have been on this entire cycle less than 2 weeks (10 days) im up an incredible 5 lbs and down 1.5% bf!
I've broken records on all exercises, and I can physically see a difference from morning to morning, everytime I look in the mirror.

I have another 6.5 weeks to go on this, (change of cycle mid-point but expect good results to continue) so I cant wait to see what happens.

I'm not going to change anything on the dosage side as it all seems to be working great, but I may up the calories once I hit 10% bf, and possible increase the DCP to 4 3x daily to avoid any fat gain.

Currently im at 3500 calories per day.
I may up them to 3700 or 4000 depending on how the rest of this week and next week plays out.

Currently working out 6 days p/w.

10/10 so far for this stack!

4. Ruta - Ruta 30C is primarily indicated for tendon and ligament problems. Use the 30C dose three times a day for flare-ups, and a 6C dose twice daily for longer term (4-6 weeks) usage as a 'background' treatment.

If the Ruta doesn't seem to help after using it in the high dosage for 7-10 days, or the lower dose for 3-4 weeks, then try Rhus tox at a similar dose and regime.

Thanks neo, it actually flared up again tonight (its 3am right now and im up rubbing my arm with a heat pad). It was getting better but I made the mistake of stretching it today (in the hopes it would help), but it seems to have made it worse.

Thanks for the advise though, definately give it a go. Reps btw.
 
Gentle stretching is good. I would definitely go with warm heating pad then cold gel pack etc going back n forth. This will help speed healing. MSM / Glucosamine for the win!
 
Day 13

Ok, so I took the entire weekend off to repair my bicep and rest for a while. I reduced the caloric intake down by 300 for the weekend, which seems to have worked fine.

Nothing really to report here, other than I find myself sleeping ALOT when I reduced teh calories (as it was at the begining of the log). Also noticed that my libido is poor, by this i mean, kind of not really there, but it could work if i needed it to - sort of thing.

Not sure if its the MFX MAX causing this.

Other than that I'll update tomorrow with complete stats and all that jazz!
 
Day 15

Ok guys, sorry for the delayed update. Had some college work that needed to be fixed before I could sit down and let you all know how its going.

Ok so here are the current sides I've began to notice:

Mood:

Mood seems to have leveled itself out, however I find myself irritable and get annoyed rather easily. To me, this seems to be a combo of both tiredness and increased test. However, it IS controllable, but still something id rather do without.

Appetite:

Appetite is great. I eat whenever I feel hungry, but still maintain strict dosing schedules to co-incide with my meals. I'm try to give these supps the best enviroment to work so I give a fair and honest review.

Stamina:

One word: SLEEEEEEPY. Seriously tired, most of the day. I wake up from about 9 1/2 hours of sleep tired. I could nap all day if I had the choice. However, this side is managable, just like the mood and its honestly more of a relaxed drowsiness. I suspect this may be due to the vast amount of "building" and "repairing" going on from the insane workouts.

Libido:

None, well I say none, but I mean very very little. Sexual interest is neither here, nor there, as in it doesnt really exist. I really think this may be due to something in the MFX MAX, but cant back this up, so this would be purely speculation. Either way this side doesnt bother me.

Strength:

Great. Each workout brings new records with an approximate 5lb increase in ALL sets in all areas. (10lbs in back and squats).

Ok the juicy stats:

Caloric Intake: 3700
Protein Intake: 300 grams
FAT INTAKE: Approx 5 grams of salmon oil

BF: 10%
TOTAL WEIGHT: 204lbs !!


DAMN!!!!!

You seriously have to see this to belive it. If I can find my camera I'll post pre-and post cycle images.

Not only have I leaned up nicely, but im gaining lean mass like theres no tomorrow. Absoultely astounding gains from this stack.

I'll post more information tomorrow or Thursday and any other important information I see necessary between then.

Day 18

Ok, so far this stack is amazing. Amazing gains, amazing bf control and loss.

Most of the negative side effects have fizzled out but here are the remaining ones:

Mood: increased agression and iritability.

Digestive: Anabolic Dump occasionally takes its toll, with more frequent visits to the bathroom. However, i increased the dose of DCP from 6 per day to 9 per day, and that seems to have given me some digestive issues. Slight heartburn and indigestion.

Skin: Slightly more oily that usual, but nothing too serious, certainly not something i would hold against this stack.

Libido: So-so


Postitive effects:

Strength: As mentioned before every visit to the gym yields new records in all areas.

Mass: Definitive hardening and growth.

Appetite:
great appetite, but again since upping the dose of DCP, my appetite has decreased.


Just to keep you all informed, i upped the dose of DCP as I felt I needed to increase calories (i began to feel worn out every day as before). I wanted to ensure that any additional weight gain was limited as much as possible to lean mass, rather than "soft mass" ;)

I would give you all my current stats, but my scales broke yesterday (they say im like 310lbs 49% bf)...

Anyway from the day before my weight is 205lbs 10% bf.

Keep you all posted as soon as i get my scaled repaired or replaced today.:lol:
 
Sorry guys, i got a stomach flu bug one day after i posted this and had to stop everything.

I will be restarting it in 4 weeks, but in the meantime i will be running a new log on something very special ;)
