Weighing 196.6 pounds on day 26 of Hi-Tech Superdrol. That's a 11.6 pound weight increase. I have hit new PR's on every lift as well.

Hi-Tech Superdrol is blowing me away. I hit a new PR today on bench press: 5 sets of 5 at 250 lbs.5 days ago I did 2 sets of 5 at 245. On my 3 set I only got 3 and needed help with the last 2 reps. Today's 5 sets had no spotter and I may have been able to do 6 reps

My body weight is still 196.2 pounds in week 5 of Hi-Tech Superdrol. People can say whatever they want, my training log speaks for itself and I really do not think this is what people call a "placebo" effect. I am dosing 3 tabs per day (1 every 8 hours). I highly recommend Hi-tech Superdrol.

New things for the new year. I started with a personal trainer to help me with nutrition and training. The nutrition aspect works off the flexible dieting model. This I started on Tuesday. My training schedule will start on Monday. My bodyweight is 196 pounds and body fat around 16. I will follow his plan for at least 8 weeks and see how it goes.

It's OSTA PLEX time!

This is a new product by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals. I will run 3 tabs per day for 8 weeks. I'm interested to see how this compares to the Hi-Tech Superdrol. I gained about 25 pounds and my strength increased significantly on Superdrol. I noticed it working around week 2 of 3 tablets per day. I'm hoping to see the same or better results with Osta Plex. My goal is to keep body fat to a minimum, while gaining muscle and strength.
Today is day 1. My bodyweight is 176.4 and body fat around 15%. I will take some measurements later.
My 3 lift maxes are:
deadlift: 425lbs
bench: 275lbs
squats: 310lbs

This is my current log of Osta Plex. I started this on Saturday. Today was my first training day. I will train bench and squats on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday I will deadlift. Auxiliary work will be mixed in throughout the week.
My current weight is 176.4 pounds. My current calorie intake is about 1,942 (170 pro, 54 fat, 194 carb). My goal is to increase strength and gain some muscle, while lowering body fat. I'm not sure how Osta Plex will work with my goals. I may have to increase calories. I am using Avatar Nutrition to guide my nutrition.

It's still early, but here are some examples and you be the judge:
Last Friday bench: 200x6x3 and the 3rd set of 6 was strained. This Monday, 200x6x6 was very easy. On Monday did squats as well. My max is 300. I did 210x6x6 very easy. Yesterday I deadlifted 300x6x2, 300x10 and 300x12 (max is 425). It seems to me that I am experiencing some added strength already, but it could be something else. I'm expecting to notice results by week two. Stick around and see for yourself.

This is the Hi Tech blend you're talking about right? That's an incredible amount of mass!!

Currently stacking Osta-Plex and Equabolin at 3 tabs each per day. Maybe this graph will be helpful to see my progress. My bodyweight is 178 and body fat 13.6%. I have gained 5 pounds total.

Ordered 2 bottles of Monster Plexx by Innovative Labs. Has anyone used this before? I have read a couple of logs and a few articles. I'm looking for more information before I jump into it.

Did ya have any liver issues? Bit mad not using any support supps with superdrol.
The only side effects I had was slight fatigue and very low libido. I did not experience any problems with my liver
