Ezekial toast ain't high on the glycemic index lol, I was being sarcastic a bit too. Me and insulin are pals. Especially with the amount of carbs i eat

Now I'm craving toast and I haven't found a GF bread that I like yet.
 
High GI? Carbs? I just like to eat. In all seriousness I never followed into the whole high/low GI and just eat
 
Day 4 on AlphaMax Made it to the gym this afternoon. Shoulders and calves Standing barbell press 45x20 95x15 115x12 125x6 Now super set with seated side lateral raises 125x7/20x15 (2 sets) 115x12/20x15 DB shoulder press (seated) 50x15 60x8x2 Barbell upright row 65x12 85x10 95x10 Front lateral DB raises 20x20 25x12 30x12 Smith machine shrugs 160x25 180x25 210x25 Seated calve raises 90x35 115x35 160x20 160x35 185x25 Machine crunch/leg lifts 130x30/15 140x20/15 120x30/15 Took Hypermax preworkout. Very focused and energized. Took about 15 minutes or so to kick in. I seemed to sweat more than usual. I'm very pleased with this product. I'm not sure what the AlphaMax has done for me yet. To be fair, this has been a crazy off week. Headaches and snow storms messed up my schedule. I felt strong and do think I will see some significant strength increases in the next few weeks. Macros so far for today: Fat 57 Carb 298 Protein 238 Calories 3,047
 
Yeah you are really in. Alphamax will really kick in down road a bit. You will love it.

We have only had 2" of snow so far here, November was cold like a January though.

We probably have 16-18 inches. It came overnight in two consecutive nights. Messed up my morning routine. I have also decided to go for the gusto with big strength and size gains. This should be reflected in my log over the next 5 or six weeks. I will update pictures, weight and measurements after 3 weeks.
 
Awhile back (18 or so years ago), I gained 30 pounds in 3 months (I was very under weight). I also increased in strength in a ridiculous way. Example: barely benching 135 to 285 for one. Sounds crazy? Yeah, it does. Yes, I had trained before and was just getting back into it. But, I never hit the numbers I was getting all of a sudden. I met a guy at Powerhouse Gym. He was a very large and strong man. A competitive bodybuilder as well. He took notice of me and offered some simple advice on my diet. He said my protein intake was good, but my carb intake was way to low and he suggested a carb powder. I used this powder, protein powder, Creatine, water and ate whatever wasn't tied down. It worked. But I went broke and life got hectic. I think I might try this again. Or something similar.

Don't waste your money on carb powders. There is no need for them. If one is using slin and needs the insulin spike, then that would make more sense. I wouldn't touch waxy, malto, or dextrose.

many of the periworkout nutrition from pro's is because the pin slin and need it or they will die. Always think about the other factors they are on before taking their advice
 
Day 8 AlphaMax work out log: Schedule is back to normal. I should be able to log Monday thru Friday now. Today starts my eighth day on AlphaMax. 2 capsules late morning and 2 before bed. I also tried HyperMax (review in supplement section). I use Cremax, D3 vitamin, fish oil (3,600 mg; 540 mg Omega-3) and glutamine. I increased my calories to 3-3,500 daily. Protein 200, carbs 375, fat 100. My weight is 175 pounds (up about 3lbs). Bodyfat 12.5% and BMI 23.5. BB Bench press 135x12 185x10 205x7 215x6 220x5 220x5 (2 forced reps) DB bench/incline db press (super set) 90x8/30x12 90x8/35x12 Squat 135x8 155x5 175x5 200x1 Standing calve raise 160x25 210x20x2 Seated calve raise 90x50 I am not sure if this is a result of AlphaMax, my last bb bench press I did 215x4 and today 220x5. This will be my first week with a consistent workout schedule. I am hoping to see some added strength as I enter next week. I can't say I have noticed anything g significant yet on AlphaMax. It's only my second week, so I am hoping to start seeing some results within the next couple weeks. Should I be looking at anything specific with AlphaMax?
 
you'll notice some leaning out effect from the forskolin and arimistane(better body comp) which is why a two bottle run is usually advised.

when i ran AlphaMax, my libido increased a bit, slept better, and leaned out pretty nice, i personally didn't see much in terms of strength. it's more of a body comp type product in my opinion, perfect for recomping (adding muscle while dropping a bit of bodyfat)

My sleep seems to be better. I can get about 5 hours sleep and then I wake up to use the bathroom. I probably need to drink less a few hours before bed. It seems to have helps mental focus (although I am a pretty calm, not easily bothered kind of person anyway). How do I tell about holding or not holding water? What does the drying out effect look like? My BMI and BF has remained pretty much the same and my body weight has increased about 3 pounds. Sorry for the silly questions.
 
Not silly at all. When you drop water you'll look more defined so to speak. BW will usually decrease or remain unchanged if you add lbm

Reducing estrogen van help get rid of certain fat areas like lower stomach and love handles

Around week 3-4 you should start seeing more changes. 5-8 is where the magic happens lol
this, that's when the ingredients are fully kicked in IMO. as for the drying out you can notice it by more frequent urination, looking at an old photo and it just looks puffy vs now. The biggest thing that helps is the mental boost because you are ready to hit the weights and give it your all then sleep like a baby! Are you getting restful sleep?

Yes. My sleep seems better. I think if I limit my fluid intake in the evenings I should not wake around 2am. I won't take any pictures until 4th week. I broke the camera with my last pictures :)

I aim for a gallon and a half a day. I try to get done by 4 or 5 in the evening and only wake up once to use the bathroom compared to 2 or 3 times.

Day 12 started today.

Body weight is 178 (+5) and bf has remained the same. I am sleeping better and I do feel that it has given me a nice mental boost (in and out of the gym). I have moved my office to the bathroom do to frequent urination (just kidding). I am in there a lot though. I am getting stronger as well. I have a workout log if anyone is interested in checking that out. I will add Magnitropin on day 36. I will use both from day 36 until day 57. Then I will use Magnitropin for 3 to 5 more weeks (not sure yet). I am hoping to start a fat burner in about 4 weeks and add cardio. I will be logging a preworkout for Millennium Sport Technology once that arrives. It's called RagNOrok
 
for a fat burner, look at Pyroxamine. the logs has been awesome and it's only 125mg of caffeine so easy to stack with a pre workout as well

Thanks. I am trying to follow advice that I have received from different people on AM. I also want to cut up a little before my winter vacation in February. Going snowboarding with my dad to Maine. Usually about 80 guys go. It's a lot of fun. Especially the time with my dad.

Does your dad snowboard as well? That sounds like an awesome trip. Although i couldn't picture my dad snowboarding, he's a hell if a musician though.

Yes, he does snowboard. He is the one who taught me. We do this trip every year. Thanks for asking :)

Yeah for sure. I am really envious, I would love a trip like that. We have only had 1.5 inches of snow IL. so far, crappy winter. Well not winter yet, but you know what i mean lol.
 
I am so excited! I am privileged to have been chosen to log for Finaflex!

Loggers will be chosen to log one of two Fat Burning Stacks: PX White & ALC/CLA - OR – PX Black & ALC/CLA. You choose which stack you would prefer to log based on your stimulant experience.

I chose the white and will start it in about 4 weeks (hopefully). I have also been chosen to log a preworkout for Millennium Sport Technology (RagNOrok). That log will begin as soon as it's received.
 
AlphaMax day 13 I start day 13 of AlphaMax today. I have observed the following (especially in the past 3 days): 1.) better sleep (I usually wake up a few times every night and get up at least once. I only woke up once each night and very briefly. I fall back to sleep quickly. I haven't gotten up in the night for 3 nights now. (That's a record for me.) 2.) I am drying out. My mouth is much dryer then normal. I have a desire to drink more water. I am not retaining the water in my body though. I believe this is reflected in my increased body weight, that shows no indication of increased body fat. The mirror seems to indicate this as well. I will tape myself at day 28. 3.) I have gained 6 pounds as of this morning (in 12 days). My body fat hasn't changed. So far, I am very happy with AlphaMax and it's only day 13.

Sounds like you respond to ALphamax in the first two weeks the same way I do. How is your libido? Also, do you have a better overall feeling? I know around week 2 or 3, I start to feel very confident, more than normal anyways.
 
I haven't noticed much change in my libido. I am supposing this has to do mostly with sex drive. I haven't ever had a problem with that. It's pretty active. I have noticed some increased confidence and a more steady positive, calm attitude.

AlphaMax day 15 Last night was the first time I have slept through the night without any sleep aid. I give the credit to Performax Labs AlphaMax. My weight dropped down to 177 pounds and body fat dropped about .7%. I hit 225 pounds on my bench today for 5 reps at the beginning of my chest workout and I finished with 225 pounds for 5 reps at the end. I am pretty happy with that. I am not sure if it's the AlphaMax, but I couldn't handle that 2 weeks ago. Merry Christmas! (This was edited because I miscredited MyoKem for AlphaMax. Sorry Performax Labs :)
