can't we just say go for it and let baseball players use whatever they want? most of them are already on a lot of drugs already.

I think they want to send a message to families (kids in general) to prevent them from getting into that stuff too early. I doubt that would ever happen. The only way I could see them ever doing that would be in secret, doing "fake" drug testing, but still I just dont think so
