I think there was a mess-up when Chemo switched servers or something....dunno...but MB's transformation was nothing short of somebody getting there ass in gear and motivating themselves like no other...

He's done a great job thus far... :cool:

I'd have to agree with alot of arguments for both sides about the "way" his weight loss was done.

However everyone tries/learns different ways and uses different approaches, either way his transformation shows some hard work and dedication. Alot of people could learn from that alone.

Awesome work man, i know exactly what its like...

I was 350 a year ago and decided that it was time for a change, Randomly worked out and tried to do a lower fat diet, about 20 lbs came off (really fast) then stalled out until i discovered CKD, that brought me down to (at my lowest) 257, then i stalled out for a couple months and started a PH cycle to bulk a bit (on 3rd week).. bulking is so much funner than cutting :D

So props on all your hard work guy, takes balls to just giver
