Crushed legs even though I had to rush my workout for a meeting, no throwing up today tho, when I drove home it was REALLY hard to get out of my car tho haha

I have trouble with the brakes and gas pedal on occasion lolMy biggest problem on leg day is driving home. My clutch is the enemy. Legs shake so bad i almost stall at every stop.

Mon- Back, bicep, rear delt Tues- Chest, tri, front delt Wed- core, mobility, and stretching (got to fix my posture) Thurs- off Fri- posterior chain, forearm, calves, and upper traps Sat- Quads, mid delt, core Sun- off

all sounds pretty good!Yea buddy. Only doing 10 mins elip four days a week. Eating 2650 kcals and losing about 1-1.5 a week. Macros are 298g protein 129g carbs and 98.5g fats. Thinking about upping the cardio to 15 mins.

Then honestly the split is perfect. If u didn't notice ur rear delt soreness holding you back for chest then you're good to go. Or maybe even do back fully on it's own and rape it then do biceps on thurs, idk if ur schedule allows that tho, or u could throw it into ur wed routine actuallyUh my back lags compared to chest because of football workouts in high school(did a buttload of pressing and not much pulling), so id say my back is my weak point. And also my left side lags a little compared to my right.

No joke on my heaviest set of leg press (22 45s) I was thinking "damn my left knee is hurting a little" then got a mental pic of Dave's legs selfie yesterday and thought "fck this" and just went ham as fck and pushed the sh!t outta that stack. Oh man, got some GREAT work news this morning!! Feeling good!!! Going heavy for shoulders and tris in a min!!!! Monday after next I'll take some pics for the next weigh in
Alright, well after that sick freak Dave's pic this morning I almost overdid it lol, I went 2 45s heavier on leg press then last week adding another set than usual and did all of the reps super slow, no set less than 12. Then I did 3 sets of lunges the length of the gym (24 steps) with the 45s. Then I did hack squats on the machine and literally collapsed on the 11th rep of the second set haha. So then I did 4 sets of extensions until I couldn't really handle the pain in my quads anymore and was getting really nauseous. Grow you fu(kers!

Lmao my partner was screaming that sh!t at my delts on Monday while we were smashing shoulders. The blank stares from the lesser men were great. It helps I was pressing the gyms heaviest dbs for 10's...!

Nice beast! I was gonna do that tomorrow haha, sadly the gym closest to my place only has 100s. I wouldn't go over 110s anyways without a spotter tho, just don't like lifting that over my head without someone there.
yep, I've been feeling pretty strong these last couple weeks, i think I'll just see what I can do with those 100s tomorrow with no spot. Should be interesting, haven't done the db press in a few months. HahaYeah I love a spot so I can just push the weight up. I'm terrified to go nuts when I'm on my own though.
