Making natural gains after AAS

Crushed legs even though I had to rush my workout for a meeting, no throwing up today tho, when I drove home it was REALLY hard to get out of my car tho haha

Leg press 405x12, 585x12, 765x12, 945x12, 945x12

My biggest problem on leg day is driving home. My clutch is the enemy. Legs shake so bad i almost stall at every stop.

haha, yeah, my leg will shake pretty bad sometimes after I press the clutch and go to let it out. I almost collapsed in the driveway getting out of my car, haha, had to put a hand down.

same **** happens to me with the clutch, it's always that leg tho never the other one
 
Weighed in at 229 this morning (+4lbs). Feeling pumped up, my strength is up a little, I have more aggression in the gym and I'm very horny all the time lol. Been having great workouts, I'm gonna start some super cissus today since I'm moving some more weight, not taking any chances with the joints

hahaha, yessssss, as I was posting I said to myself "wait until Dave sees these pics" Hahahaha, I passed out for a solid two hours after I ate that, my abs are furious lol

Just wondering what people thought of my workout split. Currently cutting right now.

Mon- Back, bicep, rear delt
Tues- Chest, tri, front delt
Wed- core, mobility, and stretching (got to fix my posture)
Thurs- off
Fri- posterior chain, forearm, calves, and upper traps
Sat- Quads, mid delt, core
Sun- off

Uh my back lags compared to chest because of football workouts in high school(did a buttload of pressing and not much pulling), so id say my back is my weak point. And also my left side lags a little compared to my right.

Then honestly the split is perfect. If u didn't notice ur rear delt soreness holding you back for chest then you're good to go. Or maybe even do back fully on it's own and rape it then do biceps on thurs, idk if ur schedule allows that tho, or u could throw it into ur wed routine actually

Yea i didnt notice anything like that. Also im gonna be doing real low volume on pressing and pulldown motions and really ramp up my rowing and rear flys
 
Done a revised one....so here goes!

Mon- legs, calves, mid delt, core
Tues- back, cardio
Wed- chest, tri, rear delt, external rotation, cardio
Thurs- OFF
Fri- legs, core, calves
Sat- biceps, couple sets of rowing, mobility, stretching, cardio
Sun- OFF

So thanks u sick bastard.

Strength is up!!! Started with the plate loaded shoulder press machine, went up to 8 45s for 11, then did 3 sets of lateral raises with the 50s (didn't get less than 9), then did the pin loaded shoulder press machine and did the whole stack for 3 sets (didn't do less than 10), then went to tricep extensions and started with the whole stack for 15, then added a 25lb plate for the last two sets, then kept going for 4 more exercises. Shoulders are looking swole and those triceps are really popping out the sides. Very nice
 
Alright, well after that sick freak Dave's pic this morning I almost overdid it lol, I went 2 45s heavier on leg press then last week adding another set than usual and did all of the reps super slow, no set less than 12. Then I did 3 sets of lunges the length of the gym (24 steps) with the 45s. Then I did hack squats on the machine and literally collapsed on the 11th rep of the second set haha. So then I did 4 sets of extensions until I couldn't really handle the pain in my quads anymore and was getting really nauseous. Grow you fu(kers!

Lmao my partner was screaming that sh!t at my delts on Monday while we were smashing shoulders. The blank stares from the lesser men were great. It helps I was pressing the gyms heaviest dbs for 10's...!

Nice beast! I was gonna do that tomorrow haha, sadly the gym closest to my place only has 100s. I wouldn't go over 110s anyways without a spotter tho, just don't like lifting that over my head without someone there.

yep, I've been feeling pretty strong these last couple weeks, i think I'll just see what I can do with those 100s tomorrow with no spot. Should be interesting, haven't done the db press in a few months. Haha

Lol I haven't done heavy ohp in a long time from injuries. I do a ton of burn work and rep out. I think it's given my shoulders better shape doing it that way. But the ego wanted to throw heavy metal so I gave in.

Almost didn't make it to the gym yesterday, I usually go in the am but had too much work, but then thought "what would beast say if he heard this? :-(" and went even tho I had missed two meals, very glad I did tho
 
Weight this morning was 234 (+9) I'll try and get in a selfie sometime today. Def been putting on muscle, haven't lost any fat, haven't gained any that I can tell either. All of my clothes are fitting tight again. Decided to just bulk for another 4 weeks then clean up my diet a lot for 8 weeks after that.
