Make me a lean mass and shredding cycle.

Hey guys,

Done a handful of PH cycles in the past.

I ruptured a disc in my back and had to have surgery, lost loads of strength in my core and back as well as size, put fat on too.

Any ways I want to do a lean gain cycle later in the year to help strengthen me up as well as lean out.

Please can you throw some ideas my way, I do have so,e triumphalis in stock but not sure if will use it.

Would the andros stack well with any sarms?

I've stacked R-Andro / Epi Andro w/ Ostarine and plan on stacking LGD w/ R-Andro (Androsterone)

R-Andro is Androsterone - the Alpha Isomer 3α-hydroxy-5α-androstan-17-one

Epi Androsterone is the Beta Isomer 3β-hydroxy-5α-androstan-17-one

Epi andro converts to DHT, which will act as a test base. I prefer it over 4-andro personally for lethargy/mood on cycle

Both the epi and R andro convert to dht. R andro is supposed to offer a very good sense of well being and a good mind muscle connection. Epi anecdotally makes people more aggressive and even gives some anxiety at higher doses. Most people seem to prefer R andro but it is more expensive to run. Plenty I companies sell good doses of epi andro that you can play around with and find your sweet spot

Is lgd worth it? I hear it causes bad shutdown.

Well Osta causes bad shutdown itself and LGD is a whole lot stronger. The Shutdown from the Triumphalis will be nearly complete anyway so theres not much to worry about imo
