What would be some good macros food looks and health to maintain may e gain a few lbs.

5'8
Work out hard 5-6 days
2300 kcals a day currently
Around 40% protein
40% fat
20% carbs.

Nutritionist says that's to much fat and protein for HEALTH purposes. I feel like I look good tho

Suggestions??
