Maintaining mass while on heavy cut on TRT

Besides Creatine , what are the best supplements to take on a cut to maintain size and muscle mass. Preferably all natural ( topical, capsules , gels and tablets) , but ok with mild prohormones ( preferably Topicals for PHs )…. For prohormones I don’t and won’t take capusles of any kind , just my preference. And No ARA gels due to me having colitis.

what are some of the best cycles guys have ran to maintain size while on a cut and if you are on TRT what have you ran.

I had some very nice results with Iron Legions XIKT and VIIKT and currently the Dermacrine by Iconic For I’m having some nice results wise better than I expected to be honest.

I have also had some good results with CEL Epi Plex and I love SNS MCC , I got better results with it then I have HCL and HCL Creatine was a favorite of mine for many years till MCC I went out and bought 3 tubs of it.

Look into Iconic Formulations' topical prohormones. I no longer rep for them, but they are the best in the business. IML also does so.e topical prohormones, but I don't have any experience with them.

On the more natural side you can look into: peptistrong, phosphatidic acid, creatine HCL, betaine anhydrous, 7-Keto, B-Androstenetriol. SNS or one of it's sister companies would have you covered here.

I used 7 KT by sns and IL great stuff. I actually have a bottle of AET50 by Apex Alch on hand.
Whats IML? I am currently using Dermacrine 2.5 weeks in and I am satisfied with it. So I’m def down for anything IF and IL. SNS is solid for sure. I have some pre wo stuff by them and I actually have 2 bottles of PAXT and 2 bottles of CocoaBut by and on hand ….
 
Currently stacking 7OXO with Lcartinine (both XPG) while being in a 1000 calorie deficit, taking 9 caps of PrimeXT and actually getting stronger on some lifts while maintaining on the others

That’s a nice run bro and believable. I had some nice results with L Carnitine by XPG but I got good result alternating 3-4 pumps. I wanna take a look at Prime xt. Just grabbed some Anabolic XT so I’m looking fwd to seeing how that goes. Got 2 bottles but wanna grab a 3rd

Theres some good natty suggestions, I'd say maybe bump up trt to 300-400 if your really worried. I think we all worry too much about this. If were not well past our natural limits were not gonna loose much if any and if your not cutting to single digits bf% your definitely not gonna loose muscle. I wouldn't worry too much.

I keep hearing this. And been considering it. Have you used it ? What could I expect from it ? Training is in point and my diet is damn near perfect man
Improvements in body composition, ursolic acid has a few benefits and body composition seems to be the biggest benefit. At least from my experiences

I thought about suggesting bumping up his HRT. I'm just not aware of how it works with an actual prescription(assuming he has one). Doc isn't just going to prescribe you more test because you ask. Atleadt I assume not. HRT clinics might be different.

If his only source is his HRT then it's not as easy to do. I've seen ppl double the trt dose for 6 weeks and then take half there trt dose the following 6 weeks. Or 10+10 or whatever to make it work. But your limited. After your blast it takes like 6 weeks for levels to come back to trt anyway so the lower dose or no dose for a few weeks shouldn't give any issues. Timing it vs. Your dr. Visits is where it gets really tricky.

Ursolic Acid is great, especially for cutting. Body feeling like it's 'running warm', increased sweating, more vascularity are things I tend to notice pretty quick on it. Endurance boost with extended use is amazing.

Any reason you haven’t pulled the trigger? Me personally , I am just picky with natural supplements, my body reacts good to some stuff and some stuff it just don’t. Also I find it hard in my mind the justification of spending 50-60 $ on natural supplements that last 30 days when technically the minimum run should be 60-90 days and again I find it hard to justify spending 150-180 on natural supplements for 2/3 months. Money ain’t the issue either it’s just me not feeling it’s really worth it. But lately I spend some money in some natty supps, so I’m open minded more than I ever been

Just me trying to use up some of my existing supplements before getting new. I plan on ordering it though later this year.
 
Prime XT on TRT has been a waste for me even 8 caps a day I am seeing absolutely nothing. Frankly if I were you I wouldn't boil the ocean with supps. A stimulant plus thermo should give you the tiny metabolic bump from cardio and on lower calorie days to maintain thermogenesis when your RMR drops, but otherwise I'd look to be smarter with training. When I am cutting I find dropping volume slightly while maintaining intensity like Berkhan's RPT setup to be a great base and diet does the rest.

I couldn’t agree more. My training is on point. Even when cutting I still and always alternate routines. I work with high volume but I also do train with alot of bands and chains and do a lot of maxing out days while cutting , also my diet is on point , so I’m great at dictating my diet and alternating my diet if I wanna get stronger or put on size etc…. This is a great post and reply. V appreciated man.

There are a lot of great options that are available to help with maintaining strength and lean muscle on a cut, and some of them can also help a person lose fat faster.

Alpha One from CEL will be out soon and it's great for recomp. We were able to send this out for some to try and the feedback was very good for fat loss, building muscle, strength, and fullness and pumps - and the feedback was from a wide variety of types of people - men and women, natural and people on AAS, ages 22 to 60's.

We have several other products that will be out by the end of the year too that will fall into this category too.

I think I’m going to run Anabolic XT and PAXT AET50 & Cocoabuteral. I have 2 months of each. I’m start this weekend I am off for 5 straight days so I’ll be able to get in a lot of good training

Since July 20th I am down to 190 from 215. I have lost ZERO strength(didn't have that much to begin with to be fair) and other than in clothes EVERY SINGLE MUSCLE looks bigger. I, as do many, really allow ourselves to be fat in order to be "big." Did it for years and I was a tank for sure but whats the point if you don't look great in anything less than a tanktop.

Keep protein high, train hard and you will loose little to no muscle.

Recomp20 is great in addition to what everyone has mentioned as it epiandro.
