Magnitropin Muscle Making

Thanks guys. Once I put the pics side by side it confirmed what I was thinking. Hopefully this will just continue and I can keep bumping cals and getting leaner! I'd prob buy stock in magnitropin at that point ha

haha it's an awesome supp!

Surprisingly even though I've been eating like a lardass I notice my body composition isn't getting worse and I'm getting much more endurance/strength. Pretty awesome stuff. Although my food bill probably wishes they didn't include the ingredient that increases hunger. I think you need some solid mental fortitude to keep to your proper calories on this.

lol at the food bill, mental fortitude is a must, but more cals = more gains. just train hard like you have been and you'll be golden!

Well, that steeler game was a total dumpster fire...

Yesterday was my off day so I got some misc errand running, cooking, and misc stuff done. Allergies were a bit better so even though it was short I got a better nights sleep. Today will be power legs which I'm excited for. Definitely gonna tone down the preworkout so I'm not all shaky like Wednesday.

Also, starting this weekend I'll be playing some deck hockey again which I havent since my hamstring injury in June. Should be a good time and some fun cardio.

Power legs yesterday. I didn't set any pr's but I was really focusing on perfect form. Took a bit of an ego hit squatting especially but I feel the results will be better. I was pretty shaky/jittery again so I'm switching pre workouts going forward as stimul8 is just too much after my stim break.

Today was push power. I was able to add a rep here and there but nothing to brag about. Workout was far better with a different pre so that's good. Pwo meal: Corfetti and sprinkle donut cereal French toast, pumpkin pie french toast, egg white omelette, a bowl of sprinkle donut and honey squares with corefetti shake for milk

Notes: weight was down to 169.1lb this morn after a few good dumps yesterday ha. Feeling light as a feather.

So far the effects of magnitropin for me:
- improved body comp while adding cals
- no weight gain, actually a slight loss
- increased mental endurance in the gym. Muscular endurance seems to have stayed the same but cardio/breath recovery is improved.
- increased muscular fullness throughout the day. I noticed this yesterday as my chest looked pumped and full almost all day even though it was leg day in the gym.
- no hunger increase (positive in my case)
- water cravings have subsided ( very strong the first week)

Pull power this morning:
Deads- 7x3
Pull-up- 6x2 (added 5lb- PR)
V cable row- 3x6-8 (added 1 rep per set)
Lat pull down- 3x6-8 (added 1 rep per set plus extra drop set)
SA db row- 3x6-8 (added 5lb)
Rear delt fly- 3x6-8
SA cable row x10 alternating arms no rest 7 sets.

Great workout. Felt really good and energized. Took conqu3r pre workout (haven't taken in awhile) and man is that good stuff.

Pwo I had some cereals, French toast, egg whites and a ton of broccoli. Spending the rest if the day at the Pitt amusement park (kennywood) so I made sure to fill up on broccoli since the good here is just basically carnival junk. I'll prob try to fit something in later but don't wanna blow my calories out too terrible.

Food note: bday cake frosting filled chips ahoy cookies are bomb. The only problem is they're super tiny (like a silver dollar size) so it'd be really easy to eat a TON of them ha. Dangerous but good. I like to live on the edge ;)

Ride of the day- the black widow. Swings almost 180deg and spins while it does. Awesome.

Some interesting notes form yesterday and others:

I was really surprised that yesterday even though it was over 8hrs between meals I really wasn't even hungry until the last 30min or so. Hunger definitnely hasn't been an issue with me on this. Not sure why but if anyhting I've been LESS hungry... I'm happy but I know some that are using it to bulk would want that.

DOMS seem to have increased at least the first day after working out. This could partially be due to the increased loads and new programming but it seems odd that I would be seeing more when I have actually toned down the volume a bit.

Vascularity has been pretty much right at standard so nothing special here.

Bumped colories up another 100 today (2300 total) and may bump again this week or at least throw in a good cheat meal somewhere if weight keeps going down.

Looking at your weight and your goal weight it looks like you are still in a deficit with calories. I usually adjust mine by 200 cals a week until I reach my target cals.

I have a bad history of rebound weight gain and the fact that I had to diet down for 7mo means my metabolism took a big hit so that's why I'm reversing so slowly. I don't just want to gain weight I want clean weight so it's gonna be a slow process. No rush this year so I don't have to cut 12% or more bf

also I've never had a particularly fast metabolism so my maint cals are lower then what a standard calc would give me.

Totally understand. No one knows your body better than you.

Well I at least know what not to do ha. After I gained 26lb on an 8 day vacation I knew I had to take it slow.

Learning every day

Hyper legs today. Took the sample of nitramine I got with my last np order... Unfortunately this just doesn't work well for me. I had a bit of a headache about 25min after taking and really nothing in the form of energy or extra pumps to speak of throughout my workout. I'm not sure if the flavor was changed from the samples I got a while back but I did really enjoy the dragon fruit flavor this time around. Otherwise no bueno.

Workout went well otherwise. Finally (after 3 weeks) I was able to do the workout as planned as the other 2 were Labor Day (gym closed) and in the hotel gym last week so I can't yet compare weights or reps on anything but db lunges which are always miserable ha.

The only bad part about today's workout was my lower back was really sore/tired from yesterday's power pull day. Almost felt pumped but in doms type of way ha. It was pretty annoying when I was doing my finisher sets of hack squats but I pushed through. Couldn't wait to get home and eat.

Bought some more various cereals for pwo meals to come: cookie crisp, fruit loops with marshmallows, and some carrot cake granola (looks amazing). Can't wait to try these all out.

About to start getting myself amped up for today's hyper push. I'm in a really good mood today so hopefully it'll translate over to my lifts too. Gonna really push my last few sets for a hard pump. Might even add an extra set or two depending how things go and how long I'm there for. If it's raining I might just stay all night since I can't cut my grass ha.

Hyper push:
Db shoulder press 8x6
- bumped weight by 5lb and was able to get 2 sets at 5 but couldn't get a 6th comfortably so a little progress but not quite there

Db incline bench 3x6
-all sets right on target

Tricep dips 3x10-12
-added 2 reps to last amrap set

Bb shoulder press 3x10-12
-added 1 rep to working sets and 2 reps to final amrap set plus a few to the drop sets that followed

Tricep db OHP 3x10-12
-added a rep to each working set and 2 to final amrap plus a few to the drop sets

Cable cross continuous drop finisher
50-40-30-20lb each set amrap. Added a few reps to each set

As you can see I was able to add a rep or two to almost all of y lifts today. Overall a great workout and I'm really feeling good about where I'm sitting. Body comp has stayed about the same since the last pics so nothing to update there. Weight pwo today was 172.6lb so up a tad but prob more due to the increased cals and food in my earlier meals more then anything. Official weigh in will be fri or sat.

Doms from power pull day on Sunday are better but still there a bit. Hopefully they'll be cleared up mostly for tomorrow's hyper pull day. Legs are feeling tight but not sore today so that's good.

Interesting series of events so far this morning... Woke up at 5:30a feeling a bit bloated and soft... weighed myself to see how things were looking and sure enough I was up to 175lb (morning weight is always higher lately for me as I eat most of my cals in the late evening/pre bed). I'll be interested to see what the scale say this afternoon and how I feel. About 7:15a I had some serious hunger pangs come on and so now I'm just sitting here feeling still bloated but starving. I think I probably need to just clear out some space and I'll lose the bloated feeling but the hunger is exceptional today. First meal will be at 9am so its gonna be a very water-filled morning

Pull hyper last night was very good as far as weights/reps went. Added at least 1 rep to almost every final set and even added some weight and tied reps in a few places. Interesting that I was able to do more as my focus was pretty shotty. Normally in the gym I'm 100% in the zone and just don't even think about anything but the weights but yesterday I was just all over the place in my own head.

As far as body comp and such, I def feel like i'm still looking much fuller throughout the day and long after the gym. Hardness not so much but just full. No hunger issues this morning so it mustve just been one of those days yesterday.

Off day today. Running some errands, cooking, and finishing prepping for deer season starting this weekend. Fine tuning the bow and such.

Low carbs today (as usual for off days) and slightly higher fats. Calories as a whole will be a bit lower to account for less activity (even though I'll be getting some exercise chopping wood and loading/unloading logs).

Yesterday was my off day and i got all of my errands and wood cutting and cooking and sexual favors out of the way ha. Interesting note from last night:
- Ate meal 3 around 3pm and then didn't get to eat again til 8pm so I had a lot of calories that I could use up for my late meal... I was stomach growling starving when the meal came around but actually filled up so fast I ended up only eating about half of what I planned. I can't even remember the last time I was legitimately not hungry or even interested in eating. Finished the day about 500kcal under my 2300 target which is ok as it was an off day. Woke up hungry as all hell though this morning ha.

Another note (possibly unrelated to the Magnitropin but note-worthy in case) is that the last week or so I've had some more gas/bloating then normal. This has lead to some of the lack of want to finish some of my larger meals. Nothing in my diet has changed so I'm unsure why this seems to be occuring now. I'll keep and eye on it.

Weight this morning was still up (173.1lb) so I think I'm getting close to my maintenance. I'm gonna continue to push calories up by 100 for another couple weeks (shooting to get to 2700) unless weight climbs more then 1lb or so in a week. At that point I plan to hold steady for a couple weeks and then begin a +100kcal increase every other week. I want to be a the max number of cals come thanksgiving/xmas time to help maximize the gains and minimize the fat.

Counted out my remaining pills today and next Tuesday will be my last day (4 days left). I will post up a final review with weight, strength, pics, and comments on wednesday. Feel free to leave any comments about particular points you want me to touch on in my review.

Legs power last night. 8x2 squats was the big hitter for me. Hit 265 but struggled with that second rep. PR was 315 but that was with a much wider stance and prob shotty form so I'm still content with my current value. Nothing groundbreaking but my form was great and stance was narrow. Really can feel te difference.

Rest f the workout was unspectacular, a few minor reps added bit nothing impressive. I did notice my endurance was especially good though and recovery seemed quicker then usual.

I'm sitting in my tree stand now doing a little morning hunt... Hopefully I'll get something early but either way I'm gonna have a pre workout meal and then hit the gym around 12p or so for power push.

Woke up hungry as all hell again today. Haven't noticed it so much through the day but mornings the last few days have been rough.

Full weekend update coming first thing in the morning. Busy busy ;)

Saturday: Push Power
Different layout since I was hunting so I had a meal before hitting the gym. I was insanely frustrated when I got there due to having the deer I was about to shoot get spooked by the owner of the property riding through the woods on his quad to come see if I had seen anything... Douche. That paired with banging my sight off the tree on my way down totally ruined my mood but made for some good rage lifting...

I felt pretty good when I finally got going into my lifts. Only major notable lift increase was Skull crushers +5lb, same reps. other then that, it was 1 rep here and there but nothing major. I had time and steam to blow off so I added a whole bunch of sets/reps at the end of my workout to really get a serious pump going in my shoulders/chest/triceps. I knew I was going to feel it the next day and I sure did. Endurance was very high and especially the mental aspect of wanting to lift again before my body was truly ready.

Sunday: Pull Power
I was pretty tight on time but was determined to get a good lift in and make sure I got what I needed done. Highlights were deadlifts at 265x3 (very good for me). Form was pretty good on all but the last rep so I was happy. I also super-setted the first 5 sets with pullups but this will not be happening again as I could just feel my CNS taking a serious beating. This was the first time I've ever truly felt like my mind was hurting while lifting so I may need to change up my routine a bit going forward so that I don't have my 3 power days back to back to back and totally fry myself. It's not so bad on the weeks where the reps are a little higher (4-5) but the 1-2 rep days are really taxing and doing that for 3 days in a row is rough.

Some things to note outisde of the gym: Both saturday and sunday evening I had some pretty awful gas blaoting and cramping in my lower GI area. Saturday especially it was rough and i had a bunch to eat so i was literally going back and forth between the bathroom and kitchen. Not a pretty sight but I made sure to get my calories in and suck it up ha. Cramping was not as bad Sunday but i've had some wicked gas the last 24hrs or so now...

Tomorrow is the last day of dosing so final weigh in will be wednesday morning and pics to follow.

I used to superset my pull-ups and deads also. On the heavy dead days I legitimately didn't want to hit pull-ups anymore and knew it was time for me to change something.

Yep exactly. I've done it before but never with such low rep sets. It was crazy how instant the mental fog and just feeling of dread after every set made me never want to lift again ha.

Going to line up a reload with coming off or just mix things up? Sad to see the run ending?

Not sure what you're asking here? line up a reload? Did you mean deload?

Yes for sure. I'm really liking the body comp I'm experiencing and would be interested to see if better strength and endurance could be had at 8 weeks or more.

Forgot to add: Bumped cals again today up to 2400. should be closing in on maint any week now.

I really wonder what could have been with a 6-7 week run too....

Exactly what I meant. Thats what I get for not proofreading.

Yep I have a pretty easy hypertrophy layout for the next 3 days and then a power deload 3 days and another 3 hyper days before next weeks 1rm power days

Legs Hyper last night:
I was a bit nervous heading in as I wasn't sure how I was going to feel mentally after the taxing weekend workouts. Luckily my scheduled lifts were on the easier side (3x10/12) for my main lifts so things went really smooth. I added weight almost every set since I was feeling good and just went more by feel then the notebook. I also made sure to keep the workout to the prescribed length and not add anything to make sure I recover fully.

No GI issues last night besides a little rank gas... Went to see the Penguins/Red Wings game which was pretty fun even though no one was playing. Last doses today (push power) with final weigh-in, pics, and comments to come tomorrow. Not sure exactly when I'll update as I have a busy work day but I'll be sure to get it up before the day is over.

Yesterday was my final day of dosing and push power day. Another "easy" workout with less sets and lighter weights was good for my CNS for sure. I felt much more engaged in the workout so recovery is coming along nicely. I added a rep or two to almost every lift throughout so I was really happy with that aspect. Again, I kept the workout strict to the pre define sets/reps to maximize recovery.

No GI issues or anyhting so it must've been the introduction of the gut health that had me a little gassy the first few days.

I've gotta say that I'm sad this run is over and truly would have liked to continue it for at least another bottle to see if the effects compound or new ones occur at longer dosage. Final review with pics, weight, and thoughts will be below.

Label Claims:
-Increase appetite
-Increase exercise performance
-Reduce myostatin (no way to measure this so I will not comment)
-Increase muscle growth
-Increase libido

Starting weight: 172lb, 12-13%bf (estimated) Ending Weight: 173.4lb, 11-12%bf (estimated)

Diet: Added 100kcal each week going from 2000-2400 over the course of the run

Over the course of my run, I had some very positive results. Nothing crazy, or "steroid-like" but certainly worth running as far as a natural enhancement product could be concerned. Below are my thoughts on each specific area effected:

Endurance: This was the first thing that I noticed kicking in. After just a few days, I felt the urge to get on with my next set much sooner then before, often times at the expense of true muscular recovery. My cardio and mental endurance saw the biggest gains in this area, but later in my run (week 2-3) I did feel that there were some decreased muscular recovery times as well (as evidenced by my shorter workouts). Don't get me wrong here, you wont be running marathons when you couldn't walk up the stairs the day before, but there was definite benefits that helped reduce time in the gym and time between sets, allowing for better pumps, higher reps, and overall improved workout efficiency. I would rate this 8/10 in terms of endurance benefit.

Strength: This was an area where I did not see much benefit. Although my strength climbed throughout my run, it was not at a level that could not be contributed to the increasing calories in my diet and removal from my cutting time. i would have to say that this product did not have any real strength benefit and that if you are looking for this (strictly strength/power), this is not the product for you. I would rate this 3/10 in terms of specific strength only benefit the one thing that I would note is that through the run my lifts did increase just not directly related to strength. More reps and speed were the main benefits vs sheer power. This was not something that was claimed on the label so this is more of my personal thought of something that might be expected from a natural anabolic.

Body Composition: The absolute highlight of this run for me was the body composition changes throughout my run. As can be seen in my pictures, there are marked differences in both fullness and leanness through the weeks. I was absolutely floored with the amount of change that was able to be seen in just a short run and would be exceptionally excited to see what 8 or more weeks could produce. It took a little over a week before the fullness was really evident and maybe a few days longer then that to see the leaning but both were clear and evident from then on. As far as I've seen, this is one of, if not the, best recomp agents on the market. I would rate this 10/10 in terms of positive body composition

Libido: This was not an area that I focused on or thought much about through my run, but also one that I did not see any increase in. I had no noticeable increase in libido at any point besides and odd moment here or there. Generally speaking, it went totally as an afterthought through my log so that tells you how little effect there was. I would rate this 0/10 in terms of libido increase

Appetite: I was fortunate and did not see any increase in appetite. This was ideal for my scenario as I wanted to keep this as lean as possible so I was happy to see this. If you're looking for an increase, this may not do it for you though, but it seems that for some there is an increase. I would rate this 8/10 in terms of appetite (staying the same) and 0/10 in terms of increase one thing to note is that I personally have a ravenous appetite all of the time so bear in mind that I'm used to being hungry all the time anyways. That said this did not get "worse" so I was happy.

Overall/Summary: I cannot stress how happy I was with this run. I went in with minimal expectations as I have not had great luck with other natural muscle builders and similar items. Some of the ingredients were new and unfamiliar to me as well so I wasn't sure how this would go. Based on the product being billed as a lean mass builder, I would say that it passes with flying colors. While there were a few areas that did not meet label claims, these were overshadowed by the other notes benefits that were not on the label. The improvement in my physique during such a short run is certainly evidence of the power of this product. I would give this an overall rating of 9/10, only taking a point off for not meeting exact label claims. Frankly, I was more excited about the benefits seen that were not anticipated or claimed so I would highly recommend this product. In my opinion it could be used in any situation from full bulk to full cut or any type of recomp. The ingredients seem to have a wonderful synergistic effect that allows one to increase gym output through endurance and recovery, while simultaneously increasing nutrient usage and aiding to build muscle through gym and diet together. This will absolutely be on my "use again" list with the only change being that I'll run more then one bottle!

Thanks to the guys over at Myokem for the chance to run this fantastic product. This was by far one of the best things that I've ever run and had immediate and visible results.

Weight up, bf% noticeably down. Great results man. Really curious what a longer run would have done also as many other -epi products seem to shine as the run progresses. May have to run that experiment myself this winter.

Good progress man!thanks for the log!

You can see the changes. Good work Boone!

Thanks guys. I'm very happy with my results and can honestly say that this was the most improvement I've ever seen from a product.

Nice progress! Noticeable difference in before/after for sure.

the best part is -(epi) isn't the main course, it's a side dish ;)

the best part is -(epi) isn't the main course, it's a side dish ;)

I totally agree with this. In all honesty, this has steered me away from pure -(-)epi products as I haven minimal interest in spending $40-50 for increased endurance... I'll just work harder until it increases naturally. I'd be totally content to have the epi removed and get Magnitropin at like $20/bottle ;)

So I've been off for 4 days now and here are my final notes:

Endurance has gone back to normal. Both mental and physical stress takes much longer to recover then it did while on magnitropin.

Strength had continued to climb at a similar rate confirming that most strength gain was due to diet.

Body comp has stayed pretty much the same, maybe a slight bit more bloat/water retention then I had while on.

Weight has stayed pretty much the same.
