Madds87, getting anabolic with something smelling fishy! (log)

Ok did chest today. energy level was pretty high. mixing muscle milk vanilla with my coffee its awsome! diet sucked.... did not have anything in the afternoon for i had to get groceries...... but dinner was alright just chicken and sweet potato i had a salad i think messed up my stumach...... Hopefully it will be better tomorrow.... well see..

But workout was good i just went ahead and do c workouts for chest and bi's

triple sets x 3
bench 5 reps, smith bench 12 reps, crossovers 20 reps

machine flys 3x5

triple sets x 3
barbell curls 3 reps, dumbell hammer curls 12 reps, dumbell preacher curls 20 reps

I bought some protien to add to the diet. mhp probolic sr, some other protien. trying to get some pre workout the other ones are hurting my stumahc now that i think about it. i think my stumach is messed up from the pre workout......

I bought the "maniac" from anabolic innovations. this stuff pretty good. I didnt loose my appetite and did not make me nautious. and i got a good feeling, energized, not the cracked out feeling. nice pumps though. anywho..... When i worked out i worked out my back and bis. i did not follow my abs workout routine. I think i just got excited it was back day and completely forgot about my routine lol. but this morning my back is killing me!!! lol sweet! another good day of working out. Still taking my fishoil at a high dose. still helping alot but not as much as it used too. I going to look back at my diet and try to figure out whats going on. Im not eating as much fish as i was. i think ill make it to just eat fish nothing else...... i dont know what you think guys? still eating my salads. olive oil, etc etc.

Palms facing face close grip pulldowns- 100x10, 110x8, 110x7, 120x6

behind the neck tricep ectensions- 50xwarm up 12, 60x12, 70x8,
same* but on rotation on each arm- 20x20, 20x15, 20x8 weight almost fell on my face lol

Rope kickbacks- 60x8, 70x6, 70x4 arms shaking.....

I think thats it. but it was awsome workout! i really felt the power this time! im glad my workouts are finally coming back! woot woot!!!!!!!!
Epi ishelping me get my muscle back, but im allot leaner then i was back then. ill get a post of my pics soon

Oh bakc is still hurting.... i guess it might be back pumps but i dont know why im getting these on such a weak cycle...... grrrrr.

Taht Probolic Sr is what i use sometimes. My friend at BB. com gave it to me. Make sure you take it with COLD water! I put ice cubes in mine since the taste is pretty raw.... Drinkable tho for sure......

Ayyye i dun know... They all look sooo good! I have used the Old NO shotgun and really liked it cept the taste, but worked very very well!

Well my thing wtih pw drinks were that they always made me sick at the end.... maniac did not do this with me. which i am finally happy that i have found something that hasnt made me sick! yay! i would reccomend maniac bro! easy on the stumach and a very simple product, doesnt have a tone of goofy stuff just your basics. i heard anadraulic state messes up peeps stumach. so i dont i would reccomend that... super pump heard the same.... looks like its either no shotgun or maniac!? lol. just be careful man. I started those protien shakes that came in and something is not right with them...... its making my stumach cramp.... uh oh..... the infamous chrones....... so im trying to figure out what it is...... gotta take a break from all the stuff though..... grrr... i wish i had an iron stumach! lol
 
Ya those are the 2 im leaning towards!

I hope its not the Probolic SR :( I only use it at nite when i feel like it..... I drank one last nite before bed and no probs here.... Rest of the time i use Casein
 
No no no........... I use Whey but i also use Casein....... I use probolc SR cause it was givin to me........ It sets well with me so thats good i guess lol
 
hey anything that sets well with yah lol. dude today my stumach has been acting up so much. dont know why?!? im having to fast for a bit....... grrrrrr. what should i do to make sure i dont loose anything....
 
Man im not sure... Since its all body dependent itll be different forevery one.... Really anything that is CALORIE dense really. The ? is tho, will your gut handle it? Its tough at that point since it seems to be just about everything really. I would make everything bland and nothing that you know will kill ya..... Throw down EVOO for some extra cals, and just about anything else you can stomach.......
 
Well guys im sorry about the long wait... My body has not been acting right..... I think its cause im stressed. At work i have a new mate as my boss. Well hes a ****! i wanna hit him so bad with a 2 by 4. So yeah that and im getting ready for maybe a new house ill be moving into and worrying about my parents and there uneployment.... So i dunno.
Im done with the epi. But really there is no point in posting my pics cause of how i havent been able to eat like i was when i was on my cycle. My stumach is just acting strange. No cramps, just flowing like a waterfall.... Going even higher on my fishoil. Just bought some animal omega, chia pro to add to my collection. I havent been eating anything so my body weight is getting lower and lower..... I havent worked out at all for these past 2 weeks..... So yeah sorry to dissapoint fellas. Im really kinda bumbed out. I thought i had figured it out. lol. But hey Teg let me know what you think about this idea: I live in ga, and there is mayo clinic in florida, i was thinking about going there for a second opinion and maybe get a nutritionist.... What you think?

One thing ive learned over the yrs is dont keep up with supps no matter what they are if the GI starts to act up! Drop em or taper off! It may seem as tho its ok but even sometimes when something your "used to" will cause trouble, and it does happen, especially as time goes on!

Personally, i would do some research on locals and see whos who. Find a support group and talk to ppl there! THEY will have best advice if anyone. I appreciate the posts man. Yeah the pulsing worked well honestly. It is def an idea for superdrol. Epi seemed so week though. But i got my muscle back, well for a little bit lol. It was nice to see them again. lol. But i have been eating prettymuch nothing for the past three days. Im tone though haha. Ill have to find a support group, dont know where to look but i think ill ask my nurse or docter. I love my specialist, but i feel as if sometimes she setles with mediocrity. I was thinking that just a second opinion might settle my nerves in everything is bieng done. i dunno. Specialist in nutrition might not be a bad idea. Im just going to take it easy and try everything i can to combat this shiznit.... Im sticking with the fishoil, which i think is helping with the cramping. ^^^ oh and my gi was not affected by the cycle by the way. It just was bad timing with life. If i hadnt tried new food i probable would not be where i am now... Some foods just look so good you know?

Deff. ask the Dr AND NURSE they should know something... If not, you lmk and ill find out for ya ;) Trust me brotha, support groups have some good contacts to meet, and have some info that you may not have thought about or has been suggesed, being that everyones body is much different!

Well just focus on getting better, cause lifting and what not wont help as you well know once you have that extra added stress on the body! But im sure it was. Ill have to hit you up for my pulse cycle of Phera, thats if i ever do it........ Running test would be an idea, lmk what your thinkin with that and the details cause its interesting to me :)

Well good then you know it wasnt the compounds! Yes, bad timing, plus work and everything else does compound into 1 big prob :( Sorrys my brotha!!! Thankk You Mang! Im doing what i can and it was a great cycle to say the least and i got what i wanted outta it and more :bigeyes: For me that was a HUGE deal! But my End goal is still hittin 180 by end of Aug. Sooooo we will see what happens!!!
 
That would be awsome dude! 180 is a big difference. Well it might be for you, of coarse im a little shorter than you. 180 is big on me. But yeah with phera i dont think that is a good idea with. Phera if im right is a longer methyl, which will take longer to get into your system. Superdrol seems to shorter hence why you can pulse it. But have you read dr. d's log on this? if not i have the log saved. Superdrol can be a hrash product, but from pulsing i have heard guys never even using a SERM, which is crazy to believe, since superdrol is so infamous for giving gyno. I know i got some from it. But the peeps reported that they never felt any sides! i think dr d even did bloodwork with this. But id have to read through it again. Its alot of information! Holodrol might work. Maybe nor-19. I just remember phera wasnt one of them you can pulse on. But i could be wrong.

It would be nice to get some more ideas for my chrone's. it seems that you have to research till your blue in the face to find out just something thats very little difference in what your doing already.... argh! Not much info on this stuff! But atleast i can say i try on searching.
 
Well guys, I have just come back from the hospital. When i was at work. I contracted a staff infection. With my remicade killing my immune system, i grew a fevor of a 101.6.
This became very critical and was placed in critical care. 5 days later im home and from all of the antibiotics my stumach is sooooo screwed up! So now im just all back to square one. I talked to my docter for my GI and she is now considering me going and getting surgery and takeing a lighter medicine for my chrones. So alot of things to consider now. I cant wait to be able to work out again..... I miss it. I miss my muscle. Im sooo skinnny now! argh! But God would not of let this in my path if he knew i couldnt handle it. So just gotta stay strong....

Bro i was just thinking about you on the way home! Im SOO sorry to hear your situation. I hate to hear about ppl hittin the hospital. Thats not a good thing as you well know! Tho i will say im glad to see you posted up and are well enough to be out brotha! :)

On a better note, muscle can be something you can gain back! Trust me, ive done it 3times now! Im sittin at were i was at a yr ago and even stronger AND SMARTER cause of it! You will get it back brotha, just take it a day at a time and keep your health(Crohns) under control first! You are a smart cat, you got this mang ;)

As my mom says, God only allows us what we can handle! Must mean we can handle alot!

Ok just an update on how things are going. My staff is finally slowly healing up. Im just starting now to get my yoga back into some routine. This will hopefully get my body back into physical condition. Im currently weighing 158 kinda low i know but hopefully ill get my weight back soon. Chrones is doing better.... Just a little bit though. Im going to be getting better once i get off of this antibiotic. But im soooo ready to start working out. i miss it soooo much! haha.
But ill keep posting.
