Week 1: 3ml/day (150mg/1andro, 150mg/4andro, 225mg/epiandro)
Week 2-4: 4ml/day (200mg/1andro, 200mg/4andro, 225mg/epiandro)
Week 5-8: 6ml/day (300mg/1andro, 300mg/4andro, 400mg/epiandro)

It would be nice if strongsupplements have any coupon code for these. At $90/bottle it does get pricey. I've seen another site that does have it on back order so ill be on the look out for that til then.

I know what you mean.. It's a little embarrassing when you bench more than you squat. Lol
You have the same problem? I feel like I can squat at least 300 again for a 1rm. 245 does feel comfortable now so I'm glad I have a weekly progression, at least it's not too heavy too fast.

Yes.. It is because I failed to train my legs the first year and a half. Plus, I can't even attempt to squat heavy. I have bad knees and problems with my sciatic nerve, so I stick to light squats.

I am going to try and really bring up my squat during my current cycle though.

Yup if you work on your form and keep at it, it should progress. I've been taking it slow the past year because it was my first year bck training legs again. Like yourself I had sciatica due to a herniated disk. I think I rehab it enough so I'm testing it out this year.

I'm sleeping great, eating like a beast, and my lifts feel solid. It boils down to either (-)-epi or mk677. I'm thinking of the latter though. But yes I'm excited for the coming months, I'm only still dosing 10mg a night for MK.

I dropped e9 from my staple to make room for PA. I dnt feel like taking too many supps preworkout. So e9 sadly got the boot out of my regimen.

I actually typed this log earlier but for some reasonvit didn't post so I'm redoing it...

For my pct I'm doing ok but my libido isnt back to what it was. I just started viron 3 days ago at 2 caps a day so I'm hoping that kicks in for me. This is also the first time I'm running Nolva and Clomid in tandem. I recovered much faster on my last cycle just using Clomid which doesn't makes sense.
 
I might have to test my SERMs again. I'm using the same source as last time, actually same bottle because I had leftovers. I can check tomorrow how strong it is now compared to earlier this year.

The biggest increase I'm getting is from my back squat. I still squat 3x/week with a light day on Wednesdays and Medium days on Fridays. I try to PR every Monday until I stall. This program helped me get comfortable with heavier than usual weight so my strength is way up.

I'm getting big pumps which is actually getting a little painful but it does subside. My stack still consists of:

MK677 - 20mg (bumped this week)
Ep1c unleashed - 2 caps pre, 2 caps spread out on days off.
PA - bumped from 2 tbsp to 3 tbsp.

I'm thinking the PA is kicking in gear and it's the first time I haven't miss a dose for a full month. Either way, muscles feel fuller but I'm bloated because my diet is so high on carb I'm afraid to count it.

Current weight -173lbs (up by 3+ lbs, lots of BF but I m getting stronger)
 
I don't even know how some of you guys can bench more than you squat... for me, squats just feel a lot easier, but I think I'm a weak bench presser in general. Anyway, looking good goodvibes. Those traps are truly impressive. I have to start doing more shrugs. :thumbsup:

Thx! I always had developed traps I just had to work on it a little to get them bigger, I knw I got lucky along with good calves.

The part about squatting, I was skipping leg workouts for a good 2-3 yrs and that's why I'm so behind on leg strength. I had a herniated disk along with sciatica so I couldn't squat or do deads. I tried going back a few times and re-injured it over and over. This is the longest streak of me not hurting my back. I'm very aware and weary with my back now so I know when to back off before it gets worse.

I love eating a lot but MK puts me on a different level. I feel like it is a slow gainer but it's workin. I'm about to get 2 more bottles to keep this Rollin. Which (-)-epi did you get?

I use a combo of Anafuse and Epi 2.0. With the increased absorption factors and the laxo I find it's excellent for PCT. I'll be finishing a Sledge/Androvar cycle shortly.

Have you ran laxo standalone? I dnt find it effective from personal experience

Nope. I don't think alone it really provides much punch, but combined with other things I find it to have a synergistic effect.

Ohhh ya, whats your plan big dog? I'll join you on that winter bulk. I'm already on my bulking season though, topping it off with 10mg LGD + Trest 100mg TD/day, DMZ 40mg/day (might substitue with msten or anadrol though). I'm just contemplating on how to finish it.

I started an MK run last week. I've always had problems eating enough in the past.
Omg, MK has me chowing like a horse... And I swear I can almost feel the muscles absorbing it.
I've never done gear so can't compare there but this stuff ain't no joke brother.

How about lethargy? You feel ok so far? I just want to sleep all day if I'm not on preworkout

Thx! I'm short man that's why I'm so light. Its the illusion of fuller muscles too, makes me look bigger than usual.

Pics. Lol. No matter how big I feel, I take one flex pic and feel like a bean pole. Would I rather be able to reach the top shelf or look like a Sherman tank? Now that is a tough question. Lol. Great genetics for bodybuilding bro.:)

Skipped bent row and did more chest work. I probably will get off the program soon because I'm starting to feel my back act up. I had the strength to go 275 on back Squats but I was super tight. It's the same feeling I get before an injury so I backed off. I'll retry not week again. If I stall at the same weight I'll deload and switch to gvt
 
My current weight is at 173.5 empty stomach just out of bed. That's up 3.5lbs in a month. I'm happy with it minus the fat gain but it is what it is.. I can recomp this winter
 
So you every do singles in squats with heavy weight, but not super heavy?
 
Singles? You mean test my 1RM? I'm on the 5x5 stronglift prog so I never aimed for singles.

No, preform 1 heavy rep, rest, 1 heavy rep, rest, for at least 4 or 5 reps. Kind of an extended rest pause method. I used that to finally hey me over the 315 hump. I can get 345 for 2 now using that method. Preform them at 75 - 85% of max. And I have patellar tendinitis like crazy. A good way to get stronger safely I've found. Just an idea.

I'll definitely try that when I switch over programs this month. I want to keep doing the 5x5 until I stall

I just love full body workouts, I can push some heavy weights (at least they are heavy for me :)) and still have time to fully recover until the next session. My joints can't handle five workouts a week anymore. Right knee, left shoulder, lower back... it's just too much. In any case, 3X seems to be working for you so far - nice PRs! :notworthy:

I haven't tried grey skull I'm actually a volume lifter so this 5x5 is like torture for me, I find it really inadequate. If I have to rate this program I'd say it's 7 out of 10 (10 being the highest). It's good for strength gains but I can't wait to get off it already. I miss the constant pumps from volume work + 5 days a week lifting. I just want to lift til I'm so exhausted.
