Mack turns alpha on M14ADD and Tren!

Mack, are you gonna throw the P-BOLD to this cocktail too or save it for later cycle? I think it's be great way to solidify gains from M1,4ADD if you continued with Tren & P-BOLD ;)

I don't know,it depends when I get it and how many servings there are!also depends on this cycle itself,I like to stick to my plan once I lay it out,I've jumped the gun before when I Don't think I needed to.So cycle discline and not getting carried away is real important to me.But I am looking forward to the product that's for sure!

All Is good today,appetite is up.Sides at a minimum,blood pressure good!i think almost everyone I know has realized and accepted how much I really train and base my lifestyle on the eating required,lol.Thats all anyone ever talks about,my grandmother bout some taco bell and bout me a box with like a dozen in it just for me,gotta love em!oh and big note,sex drive is dead,was fine yesterday and today non existent.Worst thing ever!

You'll probably get 1 bottle (120ml) of P-BOLD.. At recommended dose it lasts 40 days but for experienced users the sweet spot may range between 3-8ml.. And by judging from your pics, you are an experienced user! :D
 
Been a few days back u tore the chest up.

I have had some good chest days lately!thanks man.Im hoping tomorrow will be a real good one,finally feeling the compounds running and I've got a nice little change for the workout!i always try to make each workout better than the last,whether it's more weight,or even 1 more rep,just better in some way and I've been successful at doing that for a while now!

I've never used anything before!im 100% all natural,only protein powder for me :) this is my first run with any compound ;)

Thanks man,I'm finally starting to hold some water,I don't see a huge different in mirror yet.wife did say I look like I've gotten bigger and gained some weight :) clothes are fitting tighter tho!i should be hitting the scale soon.was gonna do abs and some cardio today,legs are burnt up from yesterday tho,so I'm gonna blast chest :) recovery is definitely up!will update after workout!

Ok,so had a killer workout today.Weight felt heavy but I moved it so clean.Had amazing pumps,mentally just wanted to keep busting reps even when I knew I was burnt on the set!I cheated a little today :) blood pressure and all has been good,so I treated myself,had me a nice scoop of tha good stuff=mm

Thanks,I'm gonna try to get some up once I can get the wife to take em,it's easier sometimes to have people tell you your progress bc I see myself in the mirror everyday,all day :) but I hope I can tell a difference when I compare them,I a for sure feeling more broad and thicker!

Thanks man,I always have abs in check when summer time comes!they tend to just linger under the bulk in winter,lol.which I don't mind.Im ready for the gains to really take off.I can't see a huge difference in the mirror yet,but I can when training so I know it's picking up,I'm getting those juiced pumps!im pretty sure I'll make some good gains off this cycle over next couple weeks tho :)

That's awesome! Running cycles that u don't have to pay for. I've been trying to hint to my wife to buy my next cycle for me for christmas. It won't happen atleast for me I've been hiding a few purchases to make the next an epic cyle to remember haha

Lol,I know,when someone ask me what I want or need its kinda hard to say steroids.lol.but I will say,and I don't know why but my wife seems to love to tell all her friends I'm on roids.lol
 
Pretty are I broke my 5000 calories at like 8pm today.I went and had thanksgiving lunch with my daughter at school,and I love going and eating breakfast or lunch with her!All the kids and women that work there know how I eat,and I get extra trays :) my daughter just had some chef boyArdee,and that ISP smelt good,so I smashed 2 cans and 5 boiled eggs.Hey, I never said I was eating clean!

Those shakes I told you I drink help a lot,I can't make myself eat that much.I would take a little fat to get the size I'm going for,I know what to do to the fat!i was kinda disappointed myself in my progress pics,but I'm only 2 weeks in.Its so easy to want more of something,at least I don't expect it,but I will in 2 more weeks that's for sure!

I'm going to blend around 2-3 cans of tuna a day into chocolate protein.
1 scoop of protein is 23g, figure 1 can of tuna is 30. 53g x 3 a day haha equals 159g of protein. I use Carnivor protein.
The calories would be like 244 cals, 53g of protein, 8g of carbs, 0 fat!
I could add and egg or two and boost it up as well. ;)
Lean protein shake for sure. I can eat my other 2-3 meals a day and they can be carbs/protein/fat and I should be golden.

Very similar to how I do it,I use vanilla powder tho,and actually throw a squeeze of Hershey's chocolate in which helps hide the tuna flavor a good bit.I do this twice a day,and then do one more at night without the tuna and with casein instead!and boy if I miss that shake with casein at night,or I'm out and have to use whey,I can tell such a difference,I wake up in middle of night cramping I'm so hungry!have you tried the shake yet?
