MA Research buying process

Hello.

I just went thru the process of placing an oder at maresearchchems.net
I did not receive any acknowledgemt of the order, other than an confirming that the E-Check was Payment Processed.

How can I get an update on my orders?
 
You're probably good to go. They are trustworthy and quickly fill and send orders but are currently understaffed with Mike the owner with health issues. His office manager is on it though, and can be emailed. I'd wager you will get a confirmation or better yet the order will arrive within days. That's been my experience.

If you just place the order then your eCheck has not been processed yet, it takes up to 48 hours to process the payment and then you will receive notice that your payment was processed and it will ship

He doesn't need to email anyone, if he just placed the order today there is nothing that has been processed so there is no confirmation he should be receiving. If by Friday there is no confirmation then I would possibly send a email or contact customer service.

But, I will say this, every time someone asks me how to contact customer service and I provide them the information, they receive their product faster than the email about where the product is gets responded to

Yup agreed - that's what I was trying to say. MA is better and quicker than amazon prime IME.

This, works like a charm for me after the payment gets processed. The Company and their reps are as legit as they come.

Im positive they are, I already checked their reputation!
I only need to know if the order actually was captures or not.
 
You have NOTHING to be concerned about. My opinion is Mike is the most trusted name in supplements. Steve from SNS is aces in my book too.

Then your product has already shipped

You'll probably get your product before you get the tracking number but if you would like you can contact customer service for tracking.

It processed, that means it was shipped the day of or after it processed.

Lately I've had a lot of ppl say that. Maybe that was one of mikes actual things, sending out the order confirmation or maybe something in the system messed up while he has been in the hospital. I'm guessing tho
 
I’ve ordered a few times and found no issues. I think the process is different so most people worry.
 
I had questions about the buying process earlier this year and Mike replied, once I had contacted customer support, explaining why echecks take as long as they do to clear. It was quite the thorough answer, which I appreciated. I had never had any issues prior to that and he definitely cleared everything up with his reply.

As with others, always enjoying buying from him. Products are solid and received in a timely manner. Gonna be ordering later this week.

BTW, how's Mike been doing? Hope all's going well for him and his family!
