This is probably in the faqs but,
I'm 37 and im trying, hard, diet is locked, macros, training is good and getting better always consistent, progressive overload ect.. sleep is ok, 6 -7 hrs. Training overall, on and off for a couple years, but been actually locked in 5 months with one sickness, 3x a week full body.
Had tits, now can see some abs definition coming, in ya know, right lighting ect
still progressing..
I just want some help with this last bit of chub and I don't want to lose all my gains, make some more maybe.. I want abs so badly. its that bottom little fat sack I want to kill more than anything.
What ped's if any would be ones to look at?
Don't really want to shut down test, some suppression risk with pct or ai on hand id consider maybe.. (so sarms i guess)
I have a lot of unavoidable stress in my life, so less cortisol would be good maybe?
would risk increased cortisol if it meant I can get ripped easier and not fry myself.
gh prohormones look interesting but that's more from aging perspective idk.
