M37 Recomp peds

This is probably in the faqs but,

I'm 37 and im trying, hard, diet is locked, macros, training is good and getting better always consistent, progressive overload ect.. sleep is ok, 6 -7 hrs. Training overall, on and off for a couple years, but been actually locked in 5 months with one sickness, 3x a week full body.
Had tits, now can see some abs definition coming, in ya know, right lighting ect 😂 still progressing..

I just want some help with this last bit of chub and I don't want to lose all my gains, make some more maybe.. I want abs so badly. its that bottom little fat sack I want to kill more than anything.

What ped's if any would be ones to look at?

Don't really want to shut down test, some suppression risk with pct or ai on hand id consider maybe.. (so sarms i guess)
I have a lot of unavoidable stress in my life, so less cortisol would be good maybe?
would risk increased cortisol if it meant I can get ripped easier and not fry myself.

gh prohormones look interesting but that's more from aging perspective idk.

You don't have many PED options that won't suppress you. Here's where I'd look:
Cortisol: Reduce XT, FL7
Test booster: Mtest
Natty Anabolic: Anabolic XT, Anabolic Effect, Alpha One
Fat burner: Lean Edge, Cordarine, Napalm

Gray area: MK677, epiandro, enclomiphene

You looking for PEDs or just any type of supplement?
I've had decent results from a transdermal stack of Suppress C and FL7, I was having some serious stress going on at the time and those helped with blunting cortisol. Reduce XT is good too and is taken orally so may be a better option if transdermals won't fit in your routine.
EpiAndro is a good option for cutting, it is a prohormone but not very suppressive, a good PCT is still recommended.
You could go the retatrutide route as well, that will really help you lock in diet.
Honestly though I think you'd be better off adding in a bit of cardio or alter your routine to an upper/lower split done twice per week. That will only work if it fits in your schedule though.
You've got some really impressive results so far so what you're doing is working well just stick with it and you'll get there.

All of the compound recommendations im looking at in further detail until im sure which way to take it.


Your thoughts on training schedule is interesting, effectively hitting the body part more frequently, leaving me a day free for added cardio..
I actually like the sound of it.. but I am dying with less movements than an upper/lower in my routine atm so would need to up calories on training days which freaks me out because im fat phobic and dumb. And some movements will be hindered from pre exhaustion. . . hmm..
also worried about losing the thread because im so locked at the moment . . if i change routine i might mess up momentum . . but, think that will be my next approach when i notice diminished returns on what im doing currently.

Nope, not taken anything other than creatine, recently hmb but mainly because i use pea protein and it lacks that apparently... interesting effects on muscle wastage but yea, not attributing any of my progress to hmb as just started. . .

My thing is im crap in the morning and historically diet, so cooking ect is not on the table usually, so i make a palatable protein shake which is easy af to make and okay to drink...
That is the key for me, after i neck that i know ill chose healthy lunch (instead of calorie dense stuff cuz im starving from skipping brekkie) and then by diner i can have whatever clean stuff i want essentially just keeping macros in check... not perfect. but it got me here. I also only do 2 sets to beyond failure, as much as i can manage, and my day job is active.

I was going to say, that chest change is so good it almost looks surgical.

Progress is so good I would just stick with it and keep up the momentum. I'd probably hold off on PEDs for a bit. I think you'd be surprised how much more progress you can make naturally. Look into some natty supplements like ArA.

That's phenomenal progress my guy. Looks like you had stage two gyno based off size of your aerolas and the discoloration. Did you have surgery? Or was it just psuedogyno? Regardless, great progress.

If anyone else had posted that before pic I would have told them they would have required surgery to get rid of the gyno... and clearly I would have been wrong.

Good idea. I like PA and ArA too for natty supplements. For cortisol AET-50 is good.

All good stuff I'd drop the HMB though as long as your protein intake is adequate HMB is unnecessary and that money could go to something better. As long as the rest of your nutrition is good, enough fat and cholesterol, a test booster probably won't do much. Cortisol blockers can be very helpful especially if you got some high stress going on. Suppress C is my favorite but reduce xt is great also.

This makes more sense... I hear test boosters are mostly bs and don't actually exist.
My fats are my worse tracked macro for sure. The fear of fat. 🤦‍♂️ Hence me getting on omega sups..
I'm taking HMB because I use pea protine instead of whey and read about the reduced leucine content.
Will look at c blockers for sure... If they work I'm down.. But.. So so very much bs and anecdotal info out there, a lot of fake reviews and misleading scientific analysis.

Side note some mk677 turned up (long story) but.. I'm not going to take it I don't think.. Not till I get more educated and potentially progress stops or slows... So like a year or so..
Also water weight while cutting sounds whack.
