Thought I would update some people on my progress since ending a 5week M1T cycle..I am only paying attention to my strength and not weight because Rugby has began so right there that is about 200% more cardio than I have done in the last two months. Also my diet is more geared towards cutting right now so I am expecting to lose some weight. I started PCT at 40mg/Nolva a day and I am dropping it by 10mg each week. I am also taking Kreataine Ultra at 1 serving a day (not sure if that is put there properly guys due to the PN sponsor, if not than please get rid of it). So far off the top of my head I have gone up in deadlift, maintained in shoulder press, maintained in bench, and increased in bent over rows. Overall guys if you do the PCT right I think you should keep your gains from the M1T.. I know this has been mentioned in a different thread but maybe people should start looking at doing longer cycles than 2weeks. I think you gain too fast in a 2week cycle and that is why people are losing gains.. Just my $.02 cents.
