m1t pct serm

Hey this is my first post to this forum and my first pro hormone cycle that i plan on doing. I plan on running m1t at 5 mg a day for 4 weeks. I have not gotten the m1t yet my buddy has two bottles of iron labs methyl 1-t and is willing to give me one to have my first cycle with but he said to do my research and get my pct and serm together first. I oreder and recieved two sachets of 30 20mg nolvadex tabs i was planning on doing 10/10/10/10 as my serm which i read to do on the pct guide. i have read some places that this is a sufficient pct to but i dont want to trust that without more opinions and mess anything up. I was wondering should i order a pct such as purus labs recycle? or should i get something like arimidex. I am also currently taking milk thistle before my cycle (right now) and plan on taking it for four weeks after along with creatine and hawthorne berry and i will have taurine on hand in case of back pumps.
 
first of all, i would NOT do m1t as your first cycle. Trust me, and i am sure others will back me up. Would not risk it, since you don't know how you body responds to PH/DS yet. I would buy it off your buddy, but save it for a later run once you have some experience.

I would go with hacov/epi/ e stane. Great first cycle and still very powerful

gained 16 lbs on my first epi cycle. and used that pct and kept all of it!

yeah that would be a good pct

but trust me, don't take a chance on M1T as your first cycle. Get some experience before you run a compound as harsh as M1T
 
aight thanks so much man i appreciate the help and not just flaming me, ive done alot research but gotta get advice somehow
 
i ordered some erase just because i know its new and may sell out so i can save it for when i do try m1t. i am think of tbol now oral turinbol. but so i can get this m1t cycle down. would i start taking erase after the last day of m1t? or for the last week of the cycle with the m1t or what? and the trib and nolva after or during
 
Start pct day after last dose of oral aas/ph. Heed the advice, scrap the m1t. Personally, I would never even touch that stuff; too nasty. good luck
 
Really can't make a recommendation for any test booster or the like. I've tried many of them and never respond; including tribulus. So for me I think they are crap and a waste of money better spent on god food.
 
haha alright well understandable. is it okayu to take the erase the day after my cycle since its a estrogen supressor? and should i taper it to?
