Im just now getting caught up and got stuck on cookies? Peanutbutter or oatmeal?
Sometimes it's hard getting in the action when you have kids....haha
That is so true got rid of two and the action has tripled!
Really? Mine doesnt care if my son is awake and has friends over... she just looks at me and nods her head. Maybe that means itll be over when hes gone. She does everything backwards. Lol
A little update. Yesterday and today turned out to be kinda rough. I had been telling everyone at my job I can't play football because of my knee and hip. They kept bugging me and bugging. College-age kids, some played high school ball, some played college ball. I finally gave in. I was doing alright until I got my second pick. I returned the length of our field for a TD. Knee started hurting BAD. Didn't do anything specific, my knee just doesn't like running and change of direction right now. Hell it barely likes leg training.
That trickled into today where I had a total shyt hamstring workout. I had severe pain trying to do one legged seated curls with 20 lbs!!!! Da fuq?!?! Rest of the day was shyt. My knee hates it when I lift it up to walk. It has gotten a little better as the day has gone on. We will also see what the weekend holds. But I may have to adjust my training for a week or two if this shyt doesn't calm down. Fcking dumb. I can't even participate in shyt I spent most of the 1st 30 or so years of my life doing. I just wish I knew what the hell is going on. It never bruised, isn't swollen. So I don't know.
Next time people try to talk you into shyt just repeat after me; "I don't need to impress none of you f**kers".
Hope it's nothing too serious
That day comes for us all. By my Jr. Year in college I was done playing football. Made it through about 5 years of men's beer league softball taping my ankles to get through a BS practice. Just got tired of the pain and said no more. I still get bugged at church to play. It's tough but I just tell them the body just can't do it anymore. Not worth it. Hell I turn my anckle if I step on a weed clump! Fu cken sad!A little update. Yesterday and today turned out to be kinda rough. Aww man, I'm sorry to hear that. Hope it feels better soon!A little update. Yesterday and today turned out to be kinda rough. Knee is feeling better. So far, I feel like I will be able to continue my leg training as planned. I guess I won't know until Monday morning! The end of my week didn't finish out as I would like. Seated barbell press went well because I didn't feel like tempting fate with the standing version. Going to get some rest this weekend and start fresh Monday.
Overall feels are very good. Mood is going strong. Have an extra strong desire to do the wife all the time. Feeling stronger. I will be going into my last week on my initial bottle and am ordering one more and a bottle of Inhibit-E. Woot woot! Haha
Hope everyone has a fantastical weekend!
So far, what are you liking better? M-test or Alphamax XT?
I will do a training update later. Right now, exciting news. TJ stopped me this morning and I am going in early Monday so he can look me over and put a plan together for the summer. Again, I don't know how much help he is offering, but this is an awesome start. I know his time and services are valuable, so whatever he wants to throw my way, I will be grateful. He knows I am shooting for 2 shows this summer with the goal of at some point trying to qualify for nationals and try to get my card. So I guess we will see how realistic those are to him when we talk more in depth Monday. Super excited, though!

Finally getting around to posting my back training. Obviously, my session wasn't as long as I wanted due to my conversation this morning. Really looking forward to Monday! Anyway, I mentioned gym has a new power rack. Didn't realize all the fancy shyt it has! It has a land mine attachment, so Meadows rows, one arm barbell rows, t-bar rows are all possible without having to find a damn corner! HAHA
One arm barbell row: these I perform these with the barbell on my working side and a dip in my hips on the opposite side to get a real good stretch. I also use the 25s. 50x8 with 2-3 second peak contraction each rep. 75x8, 80x8 with a 1-2 second peak contraction hold, and 85x7 straight through but controlled. Finished with 50 again with 4 second negatives each rep for 8.
Pull ups: bw x 5 with 2 second hold at the top of each rep. +25x4+2+2. Bw x 5 with 2 second hold at the top of each rep. Kind of disappointing again. I was running out of time so I cut these short.
Seated cable rows: we have a new attachment at my gym for these. You can move your hands in 3 different positions, so I did to sets from all 3 different positions. I did them like an extended set.
Face pulls: did these positioned at shoulder level, all the way to the top, and kneeling. A tri-set. Did 2 sets of these like this.
Obviously, I didn't get done what I wanted to, but it was still productive.
Nice back workout! Your going to love that sweet power rack.

I'm in the same boat brother. I met with my coach the other and he sent me over a few things to fill out and get started on. I can't wait to see what's gonna happen. I'm not sure what show I wanna try and get in to but it'll be this summer I believe.
I'm not sure if your following my lifting log but my guy has competed several times and is wanting to start coaching. I'll be his first client. I'm really excited even just to have some guidance. He seems very positive about it and very excited. He said he's helping a guy out online but the fact I'm local and in the same facility as him he can actually train me. I'm super pumped.
I saw that and I believe I even commented on it. That is an awesome scenario. I wouldn't mind being a guinea pig for somebody experienced. I think you will enjoy it. Things like that sometimes happen for a reason and that is a very big opportunity.
Like I said in my training log back in November-December, he approached me on the idea and offered help. So I believe he has solid intentions, I just like to not get too high on anything. I am never really too high or too low.
You guys are making me want to do one more show! You all will have fun (if you haven't competed before) it's an awesome experience.
How far along are you in your injury rehab?
Man, few months now. I'm going to incorporate pulls into my next three week block (after this four week block ends)
Still doing:
Pallof presses
Leg raises
Bird dogs
Great feedback! Thanks for sharing, this is good stuff!Today went pretty well. First, he is providing me a lot more than I thought. Second, obviously after giving me a look over, he thinks I have potential. He told me pretty much the obvious, at least to myself. I need to bring my chest up and bring my right side in more with my left. He was happy at my shape and my conditioning considering I don't do cardio and haven't really trained towards that yet.
I think, most importantly, he believes my goals are attainable if I put in the work. I made sure to stress that I am competing to do well, not to just be up there. I am not wired that way. I wouldn't be doing it otherwise. He thinks I could qualify for nationals this year. He didn't suggest I do the nationals if I did because I have a lot of work to do. But that was definitely motivating. I am not chasing emptiness....haha
The only part is I might be pushing my cycling WAY up. I wanted to wait for a bit, but he suggested test-e at 500 mg a week for 20 weeks and anavar the last 6-8 weeks. A mild cycle, but still my first. He also said it will even the playing field for me if I truly want to reach my goals. The test seems long to me, but we shall see. I will have to have a huge conversation with the wife. That is all for now. The meeting took about an hour and fifteen minutes. So my session wasn't as long as I wanted.

My review:
Thanks to the gentlemen at SNS/CEL for giving me an opportunity to log this outstanding product. I can't say enough good things about this product. The initial effects began to kick in a little over a week in for me. Increased libido, increased feeling of well-being, increased load volume, the types of things you want from a good natural test booster. Week 3 is when everything really settles in. I am getting ready to start the 6th week and the effects haven't diminished.
Now, I know when a lot of people hear the words "test booster", they expect things akin to steroid results. This isn't that. You WILL get a better body composition if you put the work in. The confidence in your strength will allow you to push harder. For example, I had NEVER tried the 90s on dumbbell incline press. Now I do them with regularity. I would love to use this product on an 8 week off, 4 week on regular basis. I also think this product could be an invaluable part of PCT as a way to get back to homeostasis faster.
I am really going to miss using this product. The nice thing is that you can get all of this for around $30 a month. I don't know how this would help people in their 20s, but as someone who will be 37 next Sunday, it was awesome. Thanks again guys! I highly, HIGHLY recommend this.
