Broke with apple - ursolic acid!!
Then 7 eggs, smoked salmon, feta chz

I have been slowly recomping and slow cut. Probably same goal. If i am not
Leaning out by may, i will further drop the cals speed up for the summer

received yesterday afternoon. took 1 cap at night. took 1 this morning with my coffee. I usually do time restricted eating.
I may do a fasted workout in a bit. will report any increase in perf. my scale also broke last week. I need to buy a new scale. I was thinking this may be a good opportunity to buy one of those bio impedance / smart scales.

How has the wimhof been going? Im just finishing his recent book and will be getting into the breathing and cold exposure soon

Changed my life for the better. Breathing is amazing if u feel any anxiety. Been doing Cold showers for 1.5 years everyday n totally improved my life n resillience. Also havent gotten sick once. I used to catch a cold often

just jump in the shower, soon means that you may not ever do it. it is about the mentality of facing your fears. Noone wants to get into cold ass water first thing in the morning but you will feel great when you get out. because you started your day by accomplishing something rest of 99% is unable to do because of how soft they are. cold showers are more mental than physical. the toughness will carry on to every facet of your life. There will be road blocks in life and you will be much better able deal with stress and these events after some time of doing these cold showers. It overall makes you a much tougher person.

Ive started doing the cold showers but thats as far as I have got so far. My workout buddy just bought a cold plunge (rich guy) that I will be using a couple times per week. Thanks for this info. Good luck

google wim hof. I truly believe his intentions are genuine. links to studies are in his website. his information is simple and free. Cold showers and breathing (30 deep breathes followed by breath hold).

How is going? Anything to note?

i stopped androgin 4 days in i was having dizziness, chest pain, palpitations, anxiety. Im not 100% sure if it is related to androgin or ashwaghanda withdrawal since i stopped m-test/alphamax after 4-6 months of continuous use. I will go at least 4-5 days while feeling normal then try to add androgin again to see if it is the culprit. Perhaps cutting and increased cortisol could be reason also. I have been on ursa since tuesday.

granted i had a bad reaction to BMP/massacre stack while back also. Either was low BP, salidroside related or supression? Im leaning towards low bp. As I am getting older my system is getting very sensitive and fragile.

Edit Update: appears it is increased anxiety related after stopping ashwagandha. Took half a cap of androgin last night, no problem then. I had some reishi powder laying around. Lemon balm, Holy basil, reishi, chamomile, Matcha (L-theanine) + beet root powder keeping me calm.

Maybe i missed it in the log, did you suffer an adverse reaction to Ursa?
I thought i did but not really. No problems with it. Def increase in sweating in the gym with ursa. Weight down about 1#. Too bad i still havent bought another scale. I weighed 172.5# after 2 meals at my inlaws scale.

ran through about 2/3 a bottle of prosupps Halo x - good libido improvement and testicular fullness.

1 bottle of ursa major - def helps with recomp, pumps. will purchase more at next sale.

just received my M-test, outbreak Rise - will run these about half dose of each 5 day on 2 days off fashion.
Carnitine - 3-4gm/day + garlic everyday to prevent TMAO
peak o2 in the morning and before/during workouts
+BCAA, Creatine.

So I have been cutting since winter where I have lost about 10# via IF and overalcalorie restricition, low carbs. My body temps have taken a hit - thus telling me my metabolism slowing down. heart rate elevated during the day and at night - so will need to increase calories and no longer cut till probably warmer weather.

ordered 1 bottle of sustain alpha to stack with.
