Ok guys whats going on? Time for a new log. I will be logging M-Sten RX by IronMagLabs.

First I just want to thank IronMagLabs for giving me this opportunity! I am very anxious and excited to get this going.

I will be dosing this 20/20/20/20. I will be taking 10mg at breakfast and 10mg with dinner.

My daily regime / meals consist of:
5:00am - hit the gym
7:00am - post workout shake w/ berries
9:00am - rice/ chicken/ broccoli
12:00pm - lunch workout
1:00pm - rice/ chicken/ broccoli
5:00pm - rice/ chicken/ broccoli (may substitute this sometimes)
8:00pm - protein shake or sludge
9:30pm - Bed

hit arms good this morning...will post workout in just a bit! Ok so really I didn't Know what to expect with this since Ive never taken one before. I popped my first pill around 700am, post workout. I'd say within 30 min a rush of heat/warmness ran throughout my body. It lasted around a hour or two. I only noticed this with my first dose.

so Ive officially been on for a week now. Things Im noticing are: increased libido, more soreness after workouts, and Im constantly hungry. I usually am not this sore days after workouts but man, this is crazy.

I've noticed that ill get a ravenous appetite out of the blue and feel like if I don't eat somethin right then and there that I'm going to pop someone's head off like a dandelion.

Does this stuff make you're back itch? About 20 after taking it I can't quit itching and scratching doesn't help. Its not very fun lol

Yesterday was the first day that happened so I thought it was the shirt I was wearing. But I took my pill at 430 with food an hit the gym and geez it's bad.

Try changing your detergent, to one that doesn't contain dies or fragrances, also try the bath soap dove Shea butter. It worked for me.

Ok guys so I haven't been able to update this in a few days. I weighed in yesterday +6lbs. This is awesome especially because I'm feeling leaner and more full all over.i have been noticing lethargy lately. It's really hard to get up in the morning but once I'm up I'm ready to go. Towards the end of the day I also feel a little more sluggish.
 
Sorry guys I have been a little off my game this week. I will update with some of my workouts and week 3 summary when I leave the gym!
 
WEEK 3

Hey guys so I'm going to point out a few things I have noticed this past week. My workouts have been really intense and I have been really sore the day after. I haven't noticed the itching episodes anymore. I am lifting heavier and for longer. I have broke some pr's especially on legs.

I have not been very lethargic lately and I have been sleeping really good. I am up 2lbs this week.i have been eating like a race horse and never feel full!

Have been super horny lately and ready at all times.no complaints here. I also notice that I am really pumped up, like all the time.

hey guys, so here is my final review.
the 1st 2 weeks were amazing. I was making gains and had super amounts of energy. I have been eating like a horse which shows in my final weight. 180.2 That is fully clothed and with shoes on where as in the beginning I weighed in in my underwear. My bf was around 14.2% this morning according to the handheld.
The back pumps were noticeable the last two weeks especially and I had a little trouble sleeping a couple of the nights. but nothing super noticeable. I feel like my muscles are fuller and bigger and I have been told that by a couple of guys that were in the gym today that haven't seen me in a couple of weeks!

I don't feel this ever really affected my libido. I feel the same now as I did when I started.

I'm sorry I didn't get to update this as much as I had liked to. I have been super busy at work and at home. I just want to thank IronMagLabs and heavyiron for this opp! I have enjoyed it thoroughly!

Im going to add some more to this later.

how much total weight did you gain? hows the supression/ shut down? im going to run msten + stano200 in a few weeks.

I gained around 8lbs.. I have kept it all.. Been a little lethargic lately... Strength gone down a little but size remains the same..libido is best its ever been
