M-Sten for first cycle?

Hey guys,

I am considering running with the following stack for 4-6 weeks.. keep in mind this is the first time trying any sort of anabolics.

IronMagLabs M-STEN Rx
IronMagLabs ADVANCED CYCLE SUPPORT Rx
IronMagLabs Halo Extreme

What do you think? Is this too aggressive for my first time?

I'm 26, 5'9 155lbs and 7% body fat.. already super lean but desperately want to make some gains.

As far as physical activity, I lift 4-5x a week and bike about 50 miles a week.

Any thoughts / feedback?

I hope your like 5"5 @ 155.
And yea, that's a bit much.

haha.. i'm 5'9 actually. weighed as little as 130lbs in college and as much as 170 (when i was a fatty after 1 year of working in corporate america). now i'm a skinny bastard again.

so any recommendations on something thats a little more tame? ideally,i would love to get to 165-170lbs.

Food is tame. AA's/PH's aren't miracles. Eat to gain weight. I wouldn't touch them yet if I were you. Get the nutrition aspect locked down first.

You'd probably get there if you laid off all that cardio lol

If your gunna run a cycle, start with just that Halo you listed. Save the bigger cycles for later.

But IMO you don't need a PH, you need to eat more.
Im pretty sure at 5"9 you can get to 170 w/o it.

I've tried for years man and could never get above 160 without being a total fatass or doing something unsustinable like drinking a gallon of whole milk per day.. I actually just started doing cardio recently (road biking).

I hear what you're saying, but its a little frustrating to work really hard for 4-5 years and still not see much in gains.

Don't get me wrong though, I'm a very lean and mean 155lbs.. I am happy with my 7.5% BF.. Can do 50 pushups in a row, tons of pullups, and bench 185, despite being skinny.

Just would love to weigh about 10-15lbs more.

As far as nutrition, I do about 200G-250G of protein per day.. roughly 3000-3500 calories and still gains are pretty minimal. My typical carb intake is around 200-250G too.

Whenever I experimented on going heavy carbs, I pretty much just packed on fat in my midsection almost immediately.. so I try to keep it 1:1.

I doubt you packed on that much fat, probably just bloated. It takes time to gain fat.

Time to rethink your training if it's not working. Ditch the cardio, that's just burning unnecessary calories. I see no reason why you should drink a gallon of milk a day, just start introducing more foods like peanut butter in your diet. Easy calories.

I mean hey, if you want to run a cycle, go ahead. You're 26 and have training experience. Run the halo solo though. Just know that you won't gain weight from them without upping your calories. If anything, you'll lose weight.

Judging by your stats I can't recommend anything hormonal. Because that would be a waste of all your natty gains left.

However, XGels would be perfect choice for you. Use 4-8 caps preworkout. Almost all people experience muscle gain, strength increases, huge pumps, and even a leaning effect in some.
Just look up the reviews on it. It's more effective for muscle building than creatine IMO. But of course stay on creatine while taking xgels.

thanks.. i definitely appreciate the feedback. i think its time to step up to 300-400G of protein per day and 4000+ calories. you're right about that.

biking will be tough to cut out since i enjoy doing it so much, but you're probably right.

also: just for reference here's some photos i took yesterday/today to show my current progress.. somewhat lean, but still need a good 10-15lbs to really look shreded.

like you said though i'm still kinda new to this so i feel i can hit those goals in 2-3 years at least.

You're definitely lean, but like you said, could use some more mass. Just hammer in the calories to gain about 10lbs. Once you're about 12lbs or so heavier (adding in some for water weight), come back and compare yourself to those pictures. There's no real need for 400g of protein, just aim for 1.5x bodyweight and fill the rest with cabrs/fats. Enjoy it, you're bulking. You can always lose the fat later, but you won't gain muscle without some fat gain.

Just rock with the Halo if you're going to cycle anything. M-Sten would be an unnecessary overkill.

What's your PCT look like?

Looking at something like this.. any opinions?

Weeks 7-10: Clomid @ 50 mg/day.
Weeks 7-10: Eradicate @ 3 caps/day.
Weeks 7-10: Ultra Male @ 1 cap/day.

I've had success in the past with a six week run of Animal M Stak. Helped me put on ~6lbs.

Run that Halo or EPI or Sten alone OP. Dont combine then on the first run.

Also, PH's will make your muscles work faster and that all works with food. Without a good diet you've got nothing.

Have you actually tracked macros? Just wondering because people say they eat "big", then they come to find out they eat like btches. Id save msten for a later cycle and just start with halo as other have said

Yeah thats true. Most folks dont eat like they should.

I dont normally steer someone towards peptides first but if eating is the problem...

Just a thought

Ya its crazy how often you hear about people eating "Big". He also said he bikes 50 miles a week, not only is that burning quite a bit of calories but probably taking away from how hard he can train in the gym.
