M-Sten and EPI Stack

Well week two done and its kicked in!!

Seen a large increase in strength and endurance today in the gym.

Physique wise a bit odd really. Its only been two weeks and people are already commenting on my size, BUT I haven't really put on much weight!!! I think that's because I have actually shed a lot of fat too because I am looking a lot more ripped up.

Only been two weeks so looking forward to the next two.

I feel absolutely fine, no sides as of yet. No issues with my appetite at all, unlike other peoples reports. In fact if I haven't eaten within an hour of getting up I'm starving! Also the same at night, I need another snack.

No issues sleeping and libido is still good.

Keeping water up.

All good thus far chaps.

So you are only taking 20mg of just Matney then?

First time trying Msten. Wondering whether to up the dose to 30mg, or be patient and wait another week?

Most people report sides above 20mg.

Won't know till you try, you can always lower back down if something happens

Just finishing week 3 and all is well thus far. Putting on some nice size and dropping fat nicely.

Doing one more week on Msten at 20mg and then I will continue the Epistane for another 2 weeks.

Currently running Epi at 20mg. I will up it to 30mg once I'm off the Msten. Never ran it 40mg before but I know people do. Anyone here recommend running it at 40mg?

Yes strength is going up nicely I would say and gains are going on well. Considering it's only been 3 weeks. Having said that I am stacking with EPI. Pumps on work out are great too.

I would say 20mg Msten is too low. Next time I would try 30mg, but I wouldn't stack at that dose.

Hey mate.

Yes I was thinking about updating.

Today is week four and I'm happy with the results.

Just to remind I have stacked with EPI 20MG and MSTEN 20MG.

Week four seems to of been the best week. I felt things were going slow during week 1 and 2, strength/gains kicking in and getting better during week three, then boom during week 4.

I would definitely say it is not like SD, but side wise well worth the sacrifice. I have felt good, slept fine and appetite has been fine. Feeling lethargic a bit now in week 4, but only slightly. Libido hasn't been too bad either, whereas I normally fully shut down.

I have been taking a lot of ancillaries Tuca, NAC, Milk Thistle and on cycle support. Plus fish oil and plenty of water.

I've actually been a bit paranoid in work today, as I said week four has been a boom, so I've been concerned if it has been way to noticeable.

Overall I would say stacking it, yes go with 20mg, but if I was to run stand alone I would for sure run it at 30mg.

I also would run past 4 weeks, as I can tell my body is ready to stop it. Recon the sides would start to kick in if I was to continue.

Next I am going to continue the EPI for another 2 weeks at 30mg.

Next milestone to analyse is how well I recover during PCT and gain keeps etc, so I will up date again. May take some before and after pics as I always keep a journal.

Did you mean to say you "wouldnt"* run it past 4 weeks?

Yes slow and steady. 10 lbs in 4 weeks, considering I've cut up a lot and I've had a clean balanced diet, I think that is really good.

If you had a high calorie diet and doubled your weight in protein you would see a large increase in gains I would think.
What sort of weight gain did you see. Slow and steady?
