I agree with B con. Nutrition is in my opinion the biggest factor in controling your appearance. However, I also firmly belive in supplementation to assist in our goals. I personally like M-stak over Test. I ran a 42 day cycle of test and gained 15 lbs during it and my strength went up but i also did the same in half the time with M-stak. It doesnt seem like your on a bulk though so i'd just watch your diet, do your cardio and through some M-stak in there and maybe some cuts and youll like what you see.
