hey I was wondering which one is better to take M Stack or Animal Test...My main goals are basically to look better and get stronger...more emphasis on looking better though...thanks

Both of those products will help you do what you are looking to do. The differences in them are what will help you decide what you want.

M-Stak is a great product for body recomp. It works through it's nutrition partitioning capabilities to help you make better use of the foods you eat and turn them into muscle. I've also noticed that I burn more body fat when I use it. Due to what it is and how it works it is suitable for any stage of training. Cutting, bulking or just maintaining. Your diet is what will decide how you do with it. It also helps to increase your strength due to the increased nutrient utilization it gives you.

Animal Test is a natural Testosterone booster. It is probably the best "strength" supplement we sell in my honest opinion. It is however best used during a bulk but many report body fat loss while using it. It has Arachidonic Acid in it as well as other natural test boosters.

You wont go wrong with either product. In fact what is recommended on the Animal Test can is that you run 2 cans of it back to back and then cycle off with a can of M-Stak to help solidify your gains from the Test cycle.

How long have you been lifting?

I really feel if your main goal is to "look better" there is no better supplement to achieve this than a sound diet and training program. Seriously your nutrition will account for 85% of your results/progress. Get those in check and you'll be pleasantly surprised at how quick the results come. Also remember to put in your time not only at the gym and dinner table, but also on the treadmill as well.

You may want to check out Animal Cuts when you feel like you've hit a wall.
 
I agree with B con. Nutrition is in my opinion the biggest factor in controling your appearance. However, I also firmly belive in supplementation to assist in our goals. I personally like M-stak over Test. I ran a 42 day cycle of test and gained 15 lbs during it and my strength went up but i also did the same in half the time with M-stak. It doesnt seem like your on a bulk though so i'd just watch your diet, do your cardio and through some M-stak in there and maybe some cuts and youll like what you see.
