LMG for me works great at 75mg and I'll run it for 5 weeks. Once my gains start stalling, I end it rather than up the dosage. It seems to be a hit or miss for some on here though. Some will even suggest to dose up to 150mg which I think is crazy! But, everyone reacts differently to different compounds. Try it at 75mg for the first week and see how it goes. Gains in size and strength hit for me between day 6-8 everytime like clockwork.
