M-lmg and progestin sides

I am considering including M-lmg in my next cycle, but it seems that people are having problems controlling progestin sides while on cycle.

So my question is, what is the best support supplement that will aid me in handling these potential side effects?

I have very little experience with progestins
 
run lots of B6 (preload). Also have heard of Vitex/P5P. Research chem wise, there's cabergoline and pramipexole. You should research into those

There's 2 things to combat when prolactin gets out of control, and that's A) gyno B) libido loss. The general consensus is that gyno can only occur in an environment primed by estrogen... possibly preloading an AI would work against prolactin-gyno then (not 100% sure on this). For the libido, all I can say is good luck, I lost libido on PH Tren while running 500mg of test prop a week. Sucks for me huh. Most people don't have such a poor reaction as me though.

using an ai like formestane has been said to have a positive effect when using compounds like max lmg.

max lmg will interact with the pr, as well as aromatise into estrogen, and these two factors, are what in most cause problems.

getting estrogen under control pre cycle, and keeping it there, may be an option.

also, staking it with dht based compounds will help too.

Honestly I think its just going to depend on your own body chemistry.

Some people get a super libido, and a quick recovery, others get limp noodle and itchy nips for months.

I wouldent count on any particular product to protect you, I would simply discontinue if you have problems.

Very good point. Some pro DHT compound like winni would help. Possibly even the One which was methyl DHT or converts to it from what I remember.

Also keeping estrogen low is a great point. But that can also hamper the libido. Possibly using something like Epi at 20-30mg might help.

This is truely when stacking becomes an art... Often people throw crap together for no reason but assuming more compounds more results... Here there is justified reason to doing so.

Been curious about M-LMG cause not many good logs with it. But feel the true way to go is test. Wht not feel great for 3+ months, have a great libido and add some muscle mass with very little sides if done correctly. While u will not add 20lbs in 4 wks you will have nice steady gains throughout and be easier to maintain. Don't fear the needle!
 
Thanks for the quick replies guys, I will run the m-lmg but with reevaluate daily during the cycle. I figure with the supps you all have listed i should be alright but if not, then its not meant to be, no sense in forcing it.

Have any of you had any positive results with m-lmg?
 
I def do not fear the needle haha, for me its just a matter of finding the ammo to put into it. haha such is life i guess. For now im just sticking to food and the occasional ph cycle.
 
I had extremely positive results from m-lmg but it killed my erections and libido for a while, months actually. No gyno issues for me though.
 
So my cycle seems to look something like this.

DMZ-1 (dymethazine)
M-lmg

along with all the bells and whistles for support supps.

Im going to add p5p and an AI/natty test booster (maybe is will help with the lack of wood on cycle)

Pct will be clomid with a natty test booster (clomid always seems to get me up to speed quickly)

any suggestions?

Might as well but the most important thing is the changes to your diet.

You might want to outline them as well, might get some good feedback.
 
I have to go along with liftingstud. Not many good logs on LMG. Too add to that, I know two experienced lifters that sell it (13 ethyl) in their supplement stores that say they wouldn't touch the stuff themselves. I was like you and wanted to try it but stuck with SD at a max dosage for a short cycle. Success!!
 
as for my diet, I always eat clean. i like to try to get 350 grams of protein between my protein powder and whole foods. I dont really keep track of my carbs to closely. i know i keep them low and the carbs I do consume are mainly oatmeal, brown rice, wheat pasta and toast. I sort of cycle my carbs, 3 low days one slightly higher.

What is the best ratio of macros to recomp on?

im 6'3 and 230 btw.
 
dht has nothing to do with progestin, atleast, i've seen no studies to show it does.

what it does have an effect on is aromatization to estrogen, and shbg.

I havn't read that formestane lowers dht, I'd like a link to some data based info on that if you could.
It would have to either interact with the 5a reductase enzyme, or the 3b reductase to effect it. 5a would prevent test from becomming dht, and 3b would make the dht an inactive metabolite.

The reason I say winstrol would be good, is because it has been shown to bind to the progestin receptor (in the hands) , but not cause any interaction, so it has serm like effects on the p.r.
blocking the pr would preven a compound from interacting with it.

and this may be the anecdotal reason why winstrol is so recomended for stacking with 19nor androgens.

it is interaction with the progestin receptor, plus estrogen that increase the effects of estrogenic side effects.

and no one thing can be attributed to gyno, it is a multi hormonal imbalence symptom.
 
What is the best ratio of macros to recomp on?

When I run a cut cycle / recomp, I keep my macros the same before about 2:00 PM, then I cut out all carbs, increase protein and fats. I dont eat particularly fatty foods, so this drops my overall caloric intake below maintenance.

At first I flatten out, likely due to glycogen loss, and the results are a bit discouraging, but after about 2 weeks I really start shedding fat quickly.

4-6 weeks of this is all I need to drop the 10lbs of fat I tend to put on over the winter.

Usually I develop some cravings, which as long as my results are coming along I allow myself to succumb to, but only before noon on a workout day.
 
sounds like a good protocol to follow, i will test this out during my cycle. Taper carbs off as the day goes on.
