So here's the lowdown:
Support:
Hawthorne Berry (pre-load)
Cycle Assist
Taurine
BCAA's
Staple supps (whey, casein...blah blah)
Multi Vitamin
Now as far as pct is concerned I'm not 100% sure on this one yet. I've done alot of research here on these boards for a long time and but i see so many different combinations of pct that i'm confused. I'm not sure what's worth a damn and what's garbage. I'd like to keep it simple but not at the expense of my body. I have SERMs on hand (what's the best route here? nolva or clomid?)
Advice here would be much appreciated (and in the support if you think would be beneficial)
