M-drol dispute

Hey all I had a quick question about how to take m-drol. My friend and I started takin it about 2 weeks ago and we need help settling an argument. I take 10mg at 10 in the mornin and 10mg at 3 then we lift around 4 or 5. He takes 2 10mg (20mg total for the mathamaticians) at the same time around 3. So my question is how is the best way to take it? At the same time or throughout the day?

It doesn't make a difference. Split your doses evenly throughout the day and take them at approximately the same time with a meal (preferably a fatty one). You want to maintain constant blood serum levels.

You won't see any benefit taking it before you workout (except for maybe placebo).

Edit: I misread the question... I would recommend the dosage be split into 10 mg increments throughout the day as it is easier on your liver.

I am less sure :) its a pity there is no good way to do a real scientific study on it, but there are some points to taking it all at once as well. you never get total steady state anyhow, so in some ways (suppression for instance) it may be better to take it all at once, so there is less in bloodstream when you go to sleep and do your major testosterone creation.

I ran it spread throughout the day, and I had a fairly strong shutdown, so maybe easy is correct with his logic. Test it out and see

Ive thought that myself but considering the lack of science to back it up it seems intuitive (at least to me) that you would want to minimize the amount the liver has to breakdown considering its hepatotoxicity, but then again i'm a geologist.
