M-drol cycle; PCT & details included!

Hello All,
This is my first post on here but I have browsed around a little bit.
I am planning on starting a M-drol cycle within the next few weeks, I want to wait until my SERMS arrive until I start. I am being heavily assisted by one of my good friends (user name on here is “justeat”)

I have already been taking the support supplements for about two weeks now;
Milk thistle(4x/day),
Saw Palmetto(2x/day)
Hawthorn Berry(6x/day)
Taurine(2/3 before workout)
fish oil (6/day)
Animal pak (multi-v) (1x/day)

As of now they are all Walmart quality, as soon as I start the cycle I will be using top of the line milk thistle and liver supports, Ultra Thistle and Liv.52 from Natural Wellness.

Justeat has helped me set up my entire cycle as this is my first one.

The plan is M-drol 10/20/20 right now and seeing how I feel after the third week either doing a 4th week @20 or stopping.
Week one Ill be taking it at 11am
Week 2+ will be at 11am and 4pm.
Workouts will be around 6pm every day

Still planning out the best workout plan but it’s probably going to be chest, legs, arms, shoulders, back with abs n light cardio daily. Going to be 5 days weight, 1 off, 1 cardio.

My target diet is going to be ~3500-4000 calories with about 290g protein/80g fat/ 350g carbs

Now for PCT:
ZMA throught the entire thing
Continue support supps
DHEA 1 serving per day
Rise.One- new preworkout by Natural Wellness that hasn’t been released yet-like Jack3d but wih no DMAA 1,3
Dark Matter- Post workout
Natural test booster- probably Pink Magic
Clomid- 100/50/0/0
Nolva- 20/30/20/20—10
Clenbuterol- unsure the exact cycle procedures, ive read different opinions everywhere—any input??

Just waiting on the arrival of my SERMS to begin! I'll be posting my diet logs and lift logs daily as well!

Helpful input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you everyone
 
drop the dhea, and run the clomid at 50mg e/d for 3 weeks, then start the nolva on week 3 at 20mg for another 4 weeks.

I would add in an ai like topical formestane around the 3rd or 4th weeks of the nolva and a cortisol product like supress c from day one of the pct.
 
Everything looks great.I would recomend an anti cortisol tablets too lean fx works really well for me the times that I took mdrol without it for PCT my cortisol levels shot up and fat is quikly attained and cortisol eats mucsle too.The SERM isnt needed on hang becasue Mdrol doesnt convert to estrogen.definitly will if you dont use them for pct.another very very important thing is Mdrol will cause insomnia like crazy trust me on this you wont feel it at 10mg but when you tke the 20 your gonna feel like **** cuz of lack of sleep I know the half lifes are 6 hour bu what has worked perfectly for me is taking the 20mg both in the morning other wise you'll see.you'll have to take a ****load of melatonin.I'd take 6 milk thitles its a hassle but mdrol is the worst on the liver.IMO good luck
 
Okay so I just finished the first week on M-drol. I had all my food logged and written down but I cant seem to find the paper -_- As far as my meals go, it seemed to work out just about as I planned, except for i was about 60g of protein short a day. So I'm going to add a shake or two in during the day.
As far as results and how the gym went... this week was ****ing amazing.
I decided on doing a 6 day a week 1 day off workout schedule.
Every day i am taking
1-Animal Pak AM
2-Saw palmetto - 1 AM & 1 PM
4-Fish oil 1 AM & 1 PM
6- Ultra thistle (Milk thistle by Natural Wellness) through out the day
4-6- hawthorn berry- 2 @ breakfast, 2 @ lunch, 2 @ dinner
2- taurine
2-Liv 52 (liver detox) by Natural Wellness-1 AM & 1 PM
4- Fatigue relieve Plus (restores natural energy levels, includes Milk Thistle) by Natural Wellness 2 AM& 2PM
6- Applied Nutritional NeoVar (creatine) 2@ breakfast, 2 @ lunch, 2 post workout
1-Mdrol (taken with 2 Fish Oil) @ 11AM

I was also taking a pre workout (Rise.One), though I probably don't need it and am not going to continue it next week.

Overall So far..
The gains have been insane this week!! I have so much energy in the gym! After my workout is done, I feel like i can do it all over again. My strength has increased dramatically in just this first week alone. I am so Stoked to see how next week is going to be. I have also gone from 200lbd to 207 lbs this week.
I started job training last week so I was busy and thats why I didnt get to do this daily, but next week I'll be more used to training and i'll be able to track everything precisely!

Tomorrow Starts 20mg a day. I plan on taking them at 11AM & 3 or 4 PM. Should I increase the amount of supports I am taking as well?

Clen is in my PCT to help me keep my mass gains. Since it is known to be an effective fat burner, I'm going to use it as that, So I can continue to eat more calories than normal(going to decrease during PCT but not by much) without getting fat

I honestly probably would have gone the injectable route, and if (moreso when) i do my next cycle, i will go that way. the mass and gains ive seen so far have been amazing i cant imagine what id be able to accomplish with something else.
the reason i went with mdrol over injectables was because A. my friend had it on hand and i didnt have to wait for it to come in, and B. this is my first cycle so i didnt want to go too crazy (though i know mdrol is pretty serious)
and the reason for all the PCT is id much rather be safe than sorry, from what ive been told they each help out in certain ways more than others.
The clen is going to be great for my PCT because I've kinda slacked on the cardio the past two weeks so I feel like ive gotten fat around the mid setion ( though people tell me otherwise)

When i came home for the weekend my moms jaw dropped at the size of my arms since the last week when she saw me... starting week 3 of lifting tomorrow.. im so stoked to see how this all ends!

Today was the first day of week three, this past weekend my mom and friends were shocked at how huge ive gotten (clearly havent told them what im on) but my traps are huge, lats are noticeably huge, and my arms have gotten gigantic.

but on a side note, like i said this is the beginning of my third week. Im thinking about going into a fourth week what is some input on that?
tomorrow i am going to be ordering my formestane and lean fx, or should i go with suppress c instead of the formestane?
 
No way! I have nolva, clomid, & I'm also going to use clen. I have the dosage posted in one of my earlier posts.
Not sure what dosage exactly for Clen yet though

What do you recommend for the test booster?
& suppress c or formestane & lean fx?
 
Clen for pct? I don't think that is smart at all. Your BP takes a hit from superdrol, clen will make it worse. Take a break before the clen. Your heart isn't as resilient at your liver

okay will do, what about giving it like 2 weeks and then start up clen, ive read people doin that too after a cycle.

I feel that today was a great day for my eating habbits lol
my legs are getting so much stronger. numbers are jumping like crazy! huge pump in the gym, i sweat like crazy when im working out, but i also drink 2.5-3 gallons of water a day. i feel like today i had a little more acne, ill just hit that with face wash and spot treatment and i should be fine. my anger is okay, certain things that id get mad at, i do but a little quicker, i can seem to control it though which is a huge plus

hey bro im thinking of taking mdrol for 4 weeks 10/20/20/30 with CEL cycle assist and afterwards have 4 weeks of Novadex and CEL PCT. what do you think about that and how well did you maintain your gains after mdrol?

Creatine is very useful in PCT IMO keep your calories high. You will lose strength due to lack of Glycogen cause Mdrol fills your muscles up with glycogen and that's why I love creatine in my PCT to try an substitute the glycogen I lose in my PCT.
