Hello All,
This is my first post on here but I have browsed around a little bit.
I am planning on starting a M-drol cycle within the next few weeks, I want to wait until my SERMS arrive until I start. I am being heavily assisted by one of my good friends (user name on here is “justeat”)
I have already been taking the support supplements for about two weeks now;
Milk thistle(4x/day),
Saw Palmetto(2x/day)
Hawthorn Berry(6x/day)
Taurine(2/3 before workout)
fish oil (6/day)
Animal pak (multi-v) (1x/day)
As of now they are all Walmart quality, as soon as I start the cycle I will be using top of the line milk thistle and liver supports, Ultra Thistle and Liv.52 from Natural Wellness.
Justeat has helped me set up my entire cycle as this is my first one.
The plan is M-drol 10/20/20 right now and seeing how I feel after the third week either doing a 4th week @20 or stopping.
Week one Ill be taking it at 11am
Week 2+ will be at 11am and 4pm.
Workouts will be around 6pm every day
Still planning out the best workout plan but it’s probably going to be chest, legs, arms, shoulders, back with abs n light cardio daily. Going to be 5 days weight, 1 off, 1 cardio.
My target diet is going to be ~3500-4000 calories with about 290g protein/80g fat/ 350g carbs
Now for PCT:
ZMA throught the entire thing
Continue support supps
DHEA 1 serving per day
Rise.One- new preworkout by Natural Wellness that hasn’t been released yet-like Jack3d but wih no DMAA 1,3
Dark Matter- Post workout
Natural test booster- probably Pink Magic
Clomid- 100/50/0/0
Nolva- 20/30/20/20—10
Clenbuterol- unsure the exact cycle procedures, ive read different opinions everywhere—any input??
Just waiting on the arrival of my SERMS to begin! I'll be posting my diet logs and lift logs daily as well!
