m-dien is extremely potent most favor it over sd for gains and lower side effects, the glycogen loading isnt as strong as sd which is the king in that aspect. put the hardness is ungodly of m-dien. to give a rough estimate m1t/sd/methyl-d are in a league of their own. methyl-d is a close cousin to the mythical Methyltrienolone. 8-16 mg would be all you need 16 is the upper range for sure.

Sounds pretty sick. How's toxicity, estro sides, prolactin, and lethargy? Also, how long would it typically be ran?
It is pretty toxic, there is no estrogen conversion with it, there is a chance for prolactin increases but from what ive seen its minimal, Lethargy seems minimal to non existent. If running test or something that converts to estrogen make sure you run an ai and you shouldnt see and side efects from the methyl-d. I would do 4-6 weeks no more than 6.

Any specific numbers on increase in lifts? It would probably be for a kicker in a test cycle, goals to gain some lean size and as much strength as possible. Any other compound that is far superior for strength gains?
