So i found out i have lyme disease. I was bitten by a tick a few weeks ago. Last week i broke out in a rash, so i went to the doctors and was prescribed antibiotics for 3 weeks.

Does anyone have any experience with LD? Thanks...

My boss has Lyme. Aside from some fatigue, I believe she is fine. I'm also not sure how long after getting bitten that she was treated. You caught it so damn early that I doubt you'll have any problems. Some people go years before getting diagnosed (symptoms can mimic other illnesses), at which point the bacteria has wreaked havoc on their body. Best of luck to you.

I had Lyme disease about 5 years ago. I was on antibiotics for 2 months and when I went for follow-up blood tests it was eradicated and I formed an immunity for the future. My symptoms were the huge bullseye rash and unbelievable, debilitating fatigue. Glad you're being treated you'll be feeling better in no time =].
