Best day today as far as strength and endurance . Around days 21-22 I noticed my endurance picking up , weights have been flying up in the gym. My shoulder is a little sore now but I did push it.

weight is steady at 230 now down a total of 9lbs with little diet. this stuff is amazing. i had dairy queen cookie dough small blizzard yesterday it was like heaven.

Just jogged 4.0 miles for cardio did it in 38 minutes, nothing crazy about to hit some planks and call it a day today.

Updates : 9.3 lbs down in one month no change I diet , ate whatever I want and had a burger every Thursday night with onion rings after the gym. This stuff is the real deal.

Didn't mix it with other products other than Ec stack and fish oil. I did have some seaweed smell while dropping weight. My soreness was gone and aches as well. Doms the first week were brutal but quickly disappeared. I'm hoping on month two to keep up with the weight loss. I was 217 before I got injured and look pretty good at that weight. My aggression in the gym has skyrocketed on this product. I blow up with pumps every session it has not let me down once.

This bottle I will combine it with more intra carbs , intra md and Xtend perform and see how it is. In going to do this every session for the upcoming month.

I will be getting my product this Friday hopefully in the mail. Nutiti verse website got hammered.

I am not sure weather to mix it up with my regular xtend e.g. 1 scoop regular and 1 scoop of perform, have the regular pre and perform intra.

Just run 2 scoops per day the new version that's the only way you will be able to tell if it works. I'm going 2 scoops intra and 1 scoop intra-md.
 
Starting bottle two tonight when it arrives no letrone this bottle. I have no cef in the past few days my shoulder is hurting again pretty bad, haven't done shoulders since only stretches, that fd2.0 took the pain right put. I wonder if it has any ingredients that help with pain in joints and ligaments.

It has anti-inflammatories and ecklonia cava all of which can help with those things.
 
I wish I had a video for last night's session 275 bench for 7 reps and it was my forth set absolutely killed it. I hit some rear delts after and Goblet squats then Kettle swings and some abs weight is still at 231 right now I have a ball game tonight at 730 for some cardio and I have been destroying everyone with the forbid challenge staying busy.
 
Dropped 29 last night!!! Against a few guys that are in the d league...he's still got it folks!!! Going to go running with my new Adidas boost shoes this is 3rd pair I'm in love with ultra boost St straight walking on clouds
 
weight is creeping back up a bit my left knee has been feeling a little weird, hardness has disappeared since i stopped letrone but so far so good in the strength department.
 
Sorry on the update I've been busy busy working for this vacation. Updates - I've leaned back out my shoulder is feeling much better after a week. I have been destroying the weight room in quick 40-50 min sessions going to the gym almost everyday at least. I did 225 for 26 reps on Sunday morning ! Really getting my endurance back for lifting! The second bottle is the game changer !
 
I believe, the longer you run it the better it gets!!! I'm on bottle #3 !!

Have the effects continued thus far?

Yes I had a week layoff for the other 3 bottles to arrive and I think I was saturated already and I was back at it. The strength increase is off the charts it needs to have a study done. Sorry I'm driving right now.

I'm still on vacation guys sorry for no updates I brought my fd2.0 though lolol I'm still fat swole but eating as healthy as possible. 2/3 meals are healthy bit I have been snacking on those kind bars salted caramel mm mm, here was dinner last night, salmon and baby spinach pan seared!! Killed my pull workout very impressive for being put two weeks , 6 plates close grip rows !!! Light work too . what do u guys think of that mct oil and protein shakes trend going on ? I've been doing it for a while but I have been using coconut oil because mct seems to mess my stomach up a lot of I don't have it with food.
 
I used Coconut Oil Every morning in my Oats, I like it!
 
MCT can bother some people, I personally like the mct powder, it seems to be much better on the stomach.
