i remember when i was a noobie-everyone was crazy about the original amp, so i bought a bottle. i went on the forums yelling about how everyone was full of it, because i didn't get nothing from it.


now i realize that no supp works for everyone-i just do not respond to geranium-period. apparently you are a non-responder to ingredients in lucidrol-remember this in the future so you don't waste your money on supps that contain same ingredients-money is valuable-don't waste it.

thanks, ag. it took me a long time to understand that everyone is not going to respond to every supp the same as i do.

No, this and basic supps like protein and creatine is all i'm taking. occasionally caffeine for pre w/o.

what a bummer, really hoping this would do what it claims.

Try taking it before something that doesn't require physical exertion and see how you feel. Worth a shot at this point.
