Those are the two that I usually go with as well. I have SAN's new I-BCAA Max, that I'll crack open in the next couple days. I think Cool Melon is the only flavor currently.

I see you see the good deals....let me know how you like the taste of I-BCAA it has me interested but I am hesitant as I haven't really tried any flavored SAN products (so idk how good they are or aren't).

Can be done! Yesterday's pump was incredible really filling out my shirts. Went to the casino all jacked up on an off day. This shirt usually fits real loose.

Yeah, I ain't really messing with too much ish anymore man. Couple staples & clean eating is my key for a while, & just making sure every training session is a bit better than the one I did previously.

I have used quite a few SAN products but they are all bulk/capped so idk how well they do flavoring (not that it is a HUGE issue for me either way).
 
Wow may need a little bit more water with the watermelon hemavol next time. Good flavoring but a bit harsh. Also just mixed up tangerine compete to try today. Love me some samples!

I'm minutes away from trying Hemavol for the first time as well (lemon drop). It recommends 12-24oz water per scoop, so I'm guessing you came up short. I think you'll like Compete. I enjoyed a tub of tangerine and I'm giving the fruit punch samples a try today. Kill that workout man.

Get that mono squared away bubba. Some bad sh!t and can mess with internal organs if bad enough.

LTL you are definitely much fuller looking. You can tell by just looking at your forearms alone. Drink a butt load of water while taking HemaVol. It really craves it.

Arms. Holy sh1t the test kicked in! This workout ranked in the top 5 best sessions I've ever experienced. My muscles didn't fatigue and the weight felt lighter and lighter as I added
more. Weigh in caught me off guard and I had quite a few stares... The out of shape trainers are mean mugging like crazy and damn it felt good. No disrespect to the families affected by the storm but sandy couldn't have stopped me today. The numbers will explain the rest...

Had a hard time picking which ones to use which is never a bad thing so I put a few extras... :-D

Delts and upper back looking nasty! Doesn't look like an ounce of that 14lbs went to fat.
 
Back and delts look beastly but you know when someone is on gear from them traps :-P

Day 13 FYI update...

How am I getting the weight gain? Steriods duh! No for real though let me some up a little bit of what was consumed today.

Over a gallon of water through out day
Double serving of roast, potatoes, carrots barely spiced up with some gravy
Large bowl of homemade chicken noodle soup
Protein bar with peanut butter cheese crackers
Bowl of Captain crunch and a scoop of glycomyx with 1 scoop RVC protean, 3 tbs NPB and milk this was with 1 cap slintensity
Post workout meal: 1 cap slintensity with 3 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of american cheese, 1 whole grain bagel, 3 pieces turkey bacon, 1 slice whole wheat.

The pre-workout mixture that led to some of the most painful arm pumps I've ever encountered?

1 scoop alphamine 1 1/2 hour before gym- for energy after long work day
1 cap slintensity
1 scoop glycomyx with 1 scoop RVC in milk
1 1/2 scoop hemavol
1 serving compete intra workout
10mg dbol 3 hours prior to gym, 20mg dbol 1 hour prior

Hurricane like strength, for me anyway, occurred in the gym session. Literally felt like I was lifting empty plates during first set of heavy preacher curls. Made the whole stack of weight on the cable machine look stupid on my cable curls.... Could have done dips for 2 hours straight because strength and stamina was so incredible on this part of the session.

Loving this moment and riding this high on out!

I haven't tried Compete yet but have used multiple tubs of Strive by Omega and it definitely brings the goods during the workout. Endurance is fabulous...have to tell yourself not to overtrain.

Isn't that the truth I will keep noting on it but I was in the gym well over an hour and just kept going and going!

Thanks bud, try to (if possible) see if the effects are steroid related or compete itself. You know me lol I don't take supplements lol but helping me finish up DC strong would be very valuable.

It benefited in all areas bubba. It also gets better with continued use. Problem is it's usually OOS.
