lowered working weights with PSLIN?

Never enough
I started on pslin today being my first workout on it. I took in 50g of oats with 50ish g of sweet potatos (I couldnt bear 100g of oats :)) my workout is a 12/10/8/6/12/12 with weights increasing to the 6, then decreasing for the 2 12s. For upper body day I normally do bench press, wide grip lat pulldows, military press, bb curls and triceps pushdowns in that order.

By the time I got to the bb curls, I had a huge pump going, and i couldn't quite make it through my whole normal workout with normal weights on either that or the triceps. I did just take a full week off too, but I wouldn't think that 1 week would have that much of a difference. The pump was strong enough that I had a hard time shampooing my hair in the shower afterwards... It relaxed after a while, but still left me looking full.

Does that sound normal for pslin? the bulk YG never had me feeling like that.

Sounds like a bit of P-Slin and some time off together but time will tell for you. Keep us updated on the next few workouts.

I don't necessarily think its a bad thing. If I am now hitting hypertrophy with lighter weights its fine with me, less strain on joints. I'm more interested in size + look rather than being quite so concerned with exactly how much iron goes into the air. I'll definitely keep an eye on it over the next few though, see what happens. I'm particularly interested to see if the same happens on wed for lower body.

My biceps were visibly larger and very pumped at the end of the workout and even now (12 hrs later) just flexing hard with no weight I can feel how sore they are. So I think its a good thing, just seemed odd.

Or maybe i'm just a wuss. it could be that too :) Hope not, i've got 3 bottles of pslin here

that sounds about like me. My strength doesn't seem to have gone up much, but like you, I'm more in this for the look/size. I was unable to do arms last week due to schedule. Maybe I'm just wanting to see something, but my arms appear to be fuller just from the other workouts I was able to get in last week. For me, that's a big plus!!!:study:

It does. It happened when I did my cardio. I had a pump in my tibia, well you know, the muscle in front of the calves. It was so intense I had to stop. LOL. I'll just use a lower dose next time.

I think I mostly noticed it so much because if you look at what my routine is above, the bis + tris get hit partially on the exercises beforehand too, so by the time I get to working them directly they have already seen a fair bit of action. I noticed it looks wise in my forearms too.

That could prove to be interesting on wed. I could end up with my calves looking really huge then :)

Ok, I did not notice the same superpump on legs (thank god) today so we'll see how upper body goes friday.

Is it a good or bad idea to use pslin just on workout days? I can't stand the thought of having to eat that much oats every day :)
