Hey whats the best workouts for lower chest development and the best way to develop the bicep peak. Cheers
 
Lower chest:
Squeeze Press, using two dumbbells, squeezing them together tightly, palms facing toward each other and bench press them.

There is no 'lower chest'. The chest is made up by 2 muscles. Do flat and Incline. So far, studies have shown that a 30 degree Incline is the most effective and targets both muscles. That's just my thoughts. Let's not get any haters here ☺
 
Decline press is a literal waste of time.
Do weighted dips and all your regular chest exercises.
